The Closet Factory gave us exactly what we deeded! Mark Sidell is a fabulous designer and was very patient as we made our choices for 4 closets, a pantry, laundry room, office, and garage.He offered suggestions and gave us the time to view everything on their 3-D computer design system before making final selections. The scheduler and installation team were very professional and attentive. The installers completed their work just as planned and were very neat. We are so thankful that we met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We were looking for a long time for the right person to custom design our closets, and when we met Jeanne we knew right away that our search had ended. Jeanne is the most professional and talented person we have ever met, and we couldn't be more please with the work she did. Closet Factory was referred to us by a close friend who had nothing but positive things to say about Mark Sidell. We were in the midst of a master bath & closet renovation. Closet Factory unlike our GC walked us through every step of this chaotic renovation we were about to embark on. Mark was fantastic. Not pushy at all. Super genuine and honest. Helped us figure out exactly what we needed. A sincere and talented man. Mark was very informative and professional. Mark went out of his way to meet with us on Fatherâ??s Day to go over the layout and materials. Dallas and I were not only impressed but excited to be working with such a great guy at a great company. Due to the serval delays with construction we had to reschedule our walkthrough date with Closet Factory serval times. During this period Mark took the time to check in on us and the progress of the construction. Fast forward 4 months laterâ?¦day of installation has finally arrived. Although our bathroom was still not completed more
