After shopping for an entertainment center for a long time, a friend of mine suggested that I give Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory a call. And am I glad I did. She was wonderful to work with and she is the most talented person that I've ever met. So I had her custom design my closets as well as the most amazing Entertainment Center. Every thing went as planned the installer was excellent and efficient I have nothing but praise for the company and there professional manner. I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We were trying to get someone to convert our garage for us for some time, then a friend told us to give Jeanne a call. We are so glad we did. She made the whole process so simple. The guys from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale just completed the job and quite honestly I don't know where to begin. Let me start with their level of expertise, knowledge, and professionalism...A+. Attention to detail...A+. How happy am I...A+++++. Seriously, the Closet Factory team did an amazing job, from start (yes Mark Sidell that definitely means you) to finish, this has been a real first-class job. Thank you for "holding our hands" through this process by always being there when we called, and having all the answers to all our questions and concerns. Working at home is now a pleasure since Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory custom designed the most amazing work space. I had been shopping for office furniture for a long time, but I knew what I wanted and couldn't find it anywhere. Then a friend told me about Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory and said they don't just do closets, but they basically can do anything custom for the home. So I gave her a call and she came to my home and after speaking to her for five minutes, I knew I was in the right hands. She is amazing, so much so I'm having her back to help me with other rooms in my home. I can't wait. Thanks Jeanne. more

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory my wife finally has the closets she has always wanted. We were told to call Jeanne at the Closet Factory by a neighbor of ours. She had just recently finished their closets and they were simply beautiful. After my wife seen want Miss Jeanne had did for them, well she knew she wanted Jeanne to do ours as well. So we called Jeanne and she came to our home and the rest id history, as they say. We could not be happier with what Miss Jeanne custom designed for us. Thank you very much Jeanne. more

Just like our first garage floor Mark's guys did a fantastic job on our larger garage floor. The Closet Factory crew was awesome. Jerry and his men were so professional during the entire process. The floor looks so much better than any of the ones we were pitched by other companies and better than a few that our neighbors had done. We're so happy with the work. Now we are preparing for lots of work inside our house that Mark has already developed really great designs for. We shopped around and there is no comparison. Awesome pantry! 11/29/2016

Mark did a terrific job again. We love our pantry now. We didn't know we could get so much stuff in such a small space. We love Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale because we have our own personal Designer who does such beautiful work all over our house. Great work Mark! 11/22/2016

I love the work Mark Sidell from Closet Factory did for me in my garage. He made the design process so simple even though I had never done this kind of thing before. He asked me if I had compared companies and I told him that after I met him I was convinced that I didn't need anyone else. Plus they were selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO too so I felt I was in good hands. Thank you Mark for the great work and please thank the installers too because they were real pros. Can't wait to have Mark back to do some work in my laundry area.\r \r Ginette Leger more

Everything went really smoothly. When I hire someone I note every little thing. Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. The design process was really great and the installers did beautiful work. The relationship with COSTCO was really comforting too. We knew that we would get a quality product at a very competitive price. We are very pleased with the workmanship. My husband worked at a furniture factory for a while and he was really impressed. And the garage floor is gorgeous. Much nicer than my neighbor's garage floor. After seeing ours he was very unhappy with the company who did his.
