Our Designer Amy Mendez over exceeded our expectations. From the moment we met her, we knew she was highly qualified to tackle our disaster. She designed a fantastic closet that just works perfectly and now everything seems to have a home. We were very happy with not only her knowledge and design skills, but also her professionalism. She is a true asset to Closet Factory. They have a great team of installers as well. The craftsmanship and details were spot on. We would highly recommend Amy Mendez with the Closet Factory ! more

We are very satisfied with the work Closet Factory did for us. We are really glad we met Mark Sidell because we were about to use another vendor who told us they were going to put down a ""poly hybrid"" floor. Turns out that after the salesman lied to us it's really just epoxy which we already had and it was horrible. Thanks Mark for helping to not make a huge mistake. I finally got my dream closet 9/22/2016

I was so impressed with Mark Sidell and the team he brought to this project. We interviewed 3 others and none came close to the professionalism that Mark has. He made the process fun and exact all the way through from our initial meeting, to design, and installation. I finally got my dream closet and I owe it all to Mark and his installers. They were respectful, cleaned up and did really fantastic work. I highly recommend Mark Sidell and the Closet Factory team in Fort Lauderdale. Love my closet!\r \r Kun P more

Looks awesome. I really needed help. When Mark Sidell came from Closet Factory Fort Lauderdale he explained that they were the exclusive partner for Motor Trend and that really impressed me. I like quality and I like buying from quality companies. After hearing from a few others I called Mark and told him to get started. The result is really good and the guys that did the work really knew what they were doing. Even though we had a few hiccups during the installation they were really great at finding ways of making me totally happy. After having to move to a smaller condo. We needed help with maximizing our closet space because we were getting such smaller ones. We stopped in at Costco and saw the Closet Factory brochure. We decided to call and was very pleased when our designer Amy Mendez came to help us out. Her customer service is undeniable the best we've ever encountered. She made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Not only did she maximize our space, but she even helped us re position things and move our clothes around after the install was complete. She exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for not only a great designer, but a caring individual who actually cares about her clients. more

When I decided to redo our master and guest closets, my husband was against it. He was sure that companys we called would just take advantage of us and charge too much. When Shellie Miller came to measure our closets she took the time to HEAR us. Her focus was on meeting our needs and saving us money, I knew we'd found the right person! The ideas she came up with were perfect for our closets, our budget and for my husband as well. The Closet Factory is THE BEST!! more

Shellie Miller came highly recommended by a friend who heard we were renovating our fallen-down master closet. She arrived and brought a breath of fresh air as well as fresh ideas and a flair for style. We opted to forgo the showroom tour so she brought it to us! We have been duly impressed with every contact we've had with both Shellie and the staff at The Closet Factory. They are highly professional and focus on quality workmanship and customer service. My family has been drooling over these motor trend garages for several years now. We finally made the call to the closet factory and they sent Shellie Miller to evaluate the garage and talk to us about what we would like to do there. She was so much fun to work with!. She has a great eye for design, especially when it comes to utilizing a space for multiple purposes. My kids want to set up a pool table and have a comfy couch to spend time with their friends watching movies, and playing video games . My husband wants to make sure that all of his tools have a home, and that there is room for his motorcycle. I just want everyone to have a space where they can unwind without making a big mess in the main house. Now that we have our plan in place, we are super excited to get things started! Shellie has made all of the difference, and we are so glad to be working with her! more

My partner convinced me to upgrade the closets in a home we were flipping. Not my first priority but now I admit that it was the right choice. Shellie Miller was the representative who came out from the Closet Factory to talk to us about our options, budget and recommend designs for all three closets. Her ideas were right on target and took into consideration that the home needed to appeal to all types of buyers and their needs. The installation went well with very nice workers who were neat and professional. The home sold in record time and we will call Shellie for every new project from here on. Mark Sidell was really terrific. He came up with really great design ideas for where to put the shelving which was not easy. He also installed hanging shelves which my wife says doubled the storage we had in the garage. Mark provided a seamless process from the time we met him at the house. Installers were on time, neat and organized and did beautiful work. We more than highly recommend Mark and the Closet Factory people. Really like the design 9/4/2016

Really like the design process with Mark Sidell. My husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could see and feel everything in the Closet Factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. We were also able to make changes to the designs and see them immediately rather than doing this process by email which would take many more days to complete. Installers were very professional and courteous. They did beautiful work and the floor is beautiful. Mark helped me again 9/4/2016

Mark was at his best again. This is the fourth job he's done for me. This time I needed another large closet converted from a mess to a masterpiece. I needed hanging space but in this closet I also needed Mark to find lots of shelving space as well. I'm quite short and need him to incorporate the same pull downs that he put in my other closet that allows me to pull the higher rod down to a level that's comfortable to me. All in all it want very well just like thee prior 3 times he's come to help me. I highly recommend Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Gorgeous work Mark! 9/4/2016

I got Mark Sidell to build my closets and a wine storage closet for me so he was the only name I thought of to do this project. Working with Mark is easy and very straightforward. I tell him what I want and he builds it, most times even better than what I asked for. I work a lot and when I get home I really love relaxing in my living room with my new entertainment center. The work was very nice and we like the fit and finish of the work that was done. We would of course continue to use Closet Factory again and again. This is the 3rd time we have used them. Both of our master closets had already been done when we bought our home, but I wanted my mother-in-law to have a custom closet of the same caliber. After seeing the Closet Factory ad in my mailbox I called the closet factory. They scheduled Shellie Miller to come and measure mom's closet and take all of the information. She came up with a plan, carefully explaining her placement of everything. I originally wanted only short hang areas, but she noted that my mother-in-law had a lot of dresses and housecoats and needed a different configuration. We completely agreed, and we are very excited that the outcome is meeting all of mom's needs. Thanks for the better plan, Shellie! more

I love my new closet 8/30/2016

I love my closet. I chose Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to do the work for lots of reasons. I got 4 quotes but Mark told me I'd be crazy to buy a closet from an email and he was so right. He made the process so customer friendly and focused on me and what I wanted instead of some standard design that can be emailed 100 times a day. I really enjoyed the process and was surprised at the end when Mark brought me a bottle of champagne. All I can say is WOW! Thanks Mark!\r \r Zoila Brown more
