To anyone looking for the best Custom Closets, contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She is simply amazing and our closets are to die for. Can't imagine anybody who is as professional and talented. Working with her was a dream. Looking forward to her coming back and designing my home office and my sons study. I called after finding a coupon in a mailer we get. The Closet Factory sent a breathe of fresh air Shellie Miller! She was so nice, polite and really knew a lot about organizing! She spent a lot of time with me to go over the many choices I had for rearranging my laundry room and my guest closet. She had ideas I had never thought about. The other thing was that she was always very conscious of my budget. I really appreciated her time and careful attention to every detail. Shellie made me realize that some companies are really all about customer service! more

Amy Mendez was sent by the Closet Factory to look at my laundry room, linen closet and to talk about construction some free-standing wardrobes. She really knows her stuff! I was very impressed with her knowledge of materials and the plans she put together. The company did an amazing job with all of the installations, and I know that the value of my home has increased because of these improvements. more

Everybody involved was really terrific, especially Mark. He made the process really easy. When we worked with Mark in the Showroom it was really great seeing everything first hand. Thanks to a good friend, I met Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory. Jeanne came to my home and I knew I soon as I met her that I was in good hands. Jeanne like my friend had told me, is great to work with and is so good at what she does, we were lucky to have her come to our home as quickly as she did. She originally told us she was booked for a couple weeks, but because of a cancelation, she called and fit us in her very busy schedule. When she came out she took the time to not only sit down with us and explain how they work and custom build everything, she inventoried everything in our eight closets and custom designed the space to make sure everything would go in properly and in the most beautiful way. We could not be more pleased with what Jeanne and the Closet Factory did for us. more

I absolutely love it. It's exactly what I wanted. This was a bit of a curve ball I threw to Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Mark had done 2 or 3 other projects for me so I knew he could do it but it was a little outside the box. I had collected over 50 medals and medallions from my nearly 30 years in the military and I really wanted some way to display them. Mark came up with a very innovative design and the details and finish are just beautiful. I can't tell you how happy I am and how much I appreciate Mark's efforts. We love the work Closet Factory did. We wandered into Closet Factory one Saturday and happened to meet Mark Sidell who as we found out is one of top Designers in the US. We found out why. Mark made the design process a pleasure and made sure we stayed within our budget. The work is gorgeous and we have already referred friends and business associates to Mark as well. Another perfectly completed job by the Closet Factory....since I have a rather small garage, storage is very important to me. Not only did Mark Sidell and the Closet Factory create the space needed, but they did it in a way that disappeared into the existing wall. Clean, neat, and very organized. Miracles do happen - especially with regard to our garage/storage locker! Mark Sidell designed creative, yet practical solutions to 'clean-up' our garage space. Not only is it very functional, but it looks great too. And there is room for a car. Installers, Albert and Jason, were very professional and thorough.
