The Closet Factory

I just moved to South Florida and needed my closets organized. I've had closets done several times and really love the result so I was looking forward to getting them done. Problem was I don't who is good in this area to do the work so I interviewed 4 companies. They were all the same and sent me an email with a quote, except one, Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. He told me that there was no way to know what he was actually selling me just by reading an email so I got curious and went to their show room. Well that was all it took. They have a really impressive operation and you can really see why they do things the way they do. Great results! I love my closets so much I asked Mark to also design and build some wine storage for me in one of my pantry closets and that turned out gorgeous too. Next project is an entertainment center and I really like the design I saw in their show room so Mark is now building that for me as well. Wow, so refreshing to have a company that has designers that understand what I want. Jessica Bentley handled all my requests and made sure that it was what I wanted. Mark Sidell came to our house and we found out that all the reviews were true. He really knows what he is doing and gave us so many tips about the right way to do things. We also like the lifetime guarantee and the fact that Closet Factory has been in business over 30 years. I especially liked that they were chosen by Motor Trend to build their garage series. That gave us a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing. Well we really love our garage now. Mark and the Closet Factory installer crew did a fantastic job. I just had the best experience with Closet Factory - Fort Lauderdale and their Senior Designer Mark Sidell. I had decided to redo my garage including the floor and some of the cabinetry. When Mark came over he made everything so simple and very easy to understand. I particularly liked the fact that they have a large Showroom where I could actually see and feel what I was buying BEFORE I SPENT ANY MONEY. I admit that there were times in the past when I didn't take the time and projects turned out very badly. I usually speak to more than just one vendor for a quote and I didn't want to spend a lot of time with each so I bought something from an email with pictures that looked ok and I did see small samples that the salesperson had in their trunk. It was a nightmare because when it was done it wasn't what I expected. After that I swore never to make that mistake again. He thought is would be nice but didn't think it was necessary so I told him I was having someone come to discuss some needed cabinetry in the garage to get things started. I looked in several of the home magazines that we all get and was very impressed by the look of the ad for Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I am familiar with the name Motor Trend and thought these guys must be a good outfit to have that endorsement. So I called and scheduled an appointment. Mark Sidell was the Designer who came to discuss both cabinetry and flooring and it was very easy for me to decide who to work with. Thank you Mark for all you did and for the great closet. My husband had used Mark Sidell from Closet Factory to build out some cabinetry in our garage and to redo the floor as well. When Mark came over early on a Sunday morning to deliver a very nice gift basket that his wife makes for all his new clients I decided to show him my home office and the problem I was having with my reach-in closet. I had been using the closet as a bit of an overflow closet for clothes that won't fit in my closet in my master bedroom. I have also been trying to organize and store all my craft items and of course clothes and crafts require different organization. I had Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale come out a while ago and redo my garage floor with Polyurea. It looks absolutely fantastic especially with my vette in the garage. The floor looked so good I asked Mark to rebuild some of the cabinetry in the garage so that I could begin to get rid of the old wire shelving that was about to fall down. Mark suggested using black cabinets and that was a really great recommendation. In fact it looks so good that I'm having Mark come back to finish the entire garage with the same cabinetry.
