I wanted to surprise my husband by having our garage floor professionally coated. He thought is would be nice but didn't think it was necessary so I told him I was having someone come to discuss some needed cabinetry in the garage to get things started. I looked in several of the home magazines that we all get and was very impressed by the look of the ad for Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I am familiar with the name Motor Trend and thought these guys must be a good outfit to have that endorsement. So I called and scheduled an appointment. Mark Sidell was the Designer who came to discuss both cabinetry and flooring and it was very easy for me to decide who to work with. First of all he was not a sales person and I really appreciated that. He knew everything about garage floors and coatings and after the education I got there was only one thing left to do...get my husband to visit the Showroom to make the decision. Mark spoke with him by phone and based upon the advantages of the polyurea floor process my husband was actually excited about getting the work done. We visited the Showroom and it was amazing. In fact now that the floor is done and gorgeous may I say, we are having Mark come back to build a Wine-Bar for us and a guest kitchenette on our top floor. Their work is just beautiful. Thanks Mark, we love our new floor!\r
