The Closet Factory

When I was looking to have our garage done I spoke with a number of companies but was totally unimpressed until I met Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. There was an immediate and dramatic difference. Mark explained everything very clearly and one of the unique things was that Closet Factory actually had a very large showroom with actual garage cabinetry built for me to see and inspect. This was critical for me because there was no way I was going to decide to do this project only after seeing it on a piece of paper. The process was totally different too because Mark worked with us for hours, including a Skype call to Saudi Arabia, to make sure the design was exactly what we wanted. Well now that it is built I can tell you that not only do we love it, our neighbors have seen it and they all want Mark to do theirs as well. And since Closet Factory sends out $100 checks to customers who make successful referrals we are now looking forward to seeing lots of checks c more

We had Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale come and redesign our Laundry Room and the result was really terrific. We had several others look at the work and since there were a few tricky spots they didn't seem too sure of themselves. Mark knew right away how to design just the right solution and the fit and finish was beautiful. When we wanted to then have a home office built in a very open area of our home we couldn't imagine using anyone other than Mark. Well I can tell you the result is just GORGEOUS! We love the space now. It is really well built and such a pleasure to spend time in. As a practicing attorney with sons in college we needed to have two workstations that gave us plenty of room to maneuver. We love Mark's design and we were very much involved in making sure it was exactly what we wanted. We are now working with Mark to build out our entire reception area of our Law Office. Awesome job by Mark Sidell who designed 2 Murphy beds and made my Master Walk-In closet absolutely gorgeous. Marks' design expertise transformed me from a victim of space inefficiency to victorious. I must say too that the Closet Factory Installers were great. They were so polite and professional at all times. Mark started working with us in our old house and when we recently decided to purchase our new home Mark was the only one we would think to work with on such an important project. We called Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale after having 2 other garage companies come to measure and provide quotes. After meeting and speaking with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory it was an easy choice. No one else had his expertise, his base of knowledge, and his ability to design the garage so that it not only looked good but made sense. Best of all when we visited their huge showroom we were really impressed with their build quality and range of offerings...honestly it became hard to choose. However when it came to the floor it was simply. We saw one of their offices built in the style of the Motor Trend garage and the floor was fabulous. It was RaceDeck and it looked fantastic. We now understand why Mark told us to allow 2 hours for the final design meeting in their showroom. It's truly the only way to do the job right. We loved the work and are well satisfied. We found Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale on Houzz.com and sent him a message to which he almost immediately responded. We chatted by phone and decided to fly down and meet with Mark, first at our Condo and then at the Closet Factory Showroom in Fort Lauderdale. After working through the design process with Mark in the Design Studio and now having the work done, we are so pleased with our new closets. The quality, fit and finish are excellent and they are as functional as they are beautiful. The Installation Team was great, on time, courteous and professional. Mark did a great job on the design and his suggestions definitely helped us to get the solutions that were just what we needed. Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale had already helped us with our Master walk in closet which we now love. Mark worked with my husband Tom to develop just the right design and the Closet Factory Installers were fantastic. When Mark came by to do his final inspection of the work he brought a gift basket that his wife assembles for all of their new Clients and it was really such a very nice touch.
