These people do not follow up if you have a problem. I have reached out to them six times over the last 90 days and they do not respond. Simple issue and I can not get them to fix it. There loss I will never do business with then again. more

Very impressed with this Company and especially Jeanne Hessen our Senior Designer. We have had custom closets done before but nothing compared to the quality and space planning that Jeanne gave us. Job Well done!! more

Very happy with my new closets throughout my house. We interviewed several people and although Closet Factory was a bit higher, Jeanne was the most informative and the one we felt comfortable with a good outcome. We were right, excellent job excellent quality. Thank you for your time and dedication to our project. more

Very pleased with the 2 Master Closets that Jeanne did for us. There were a few companies that were less expensive but nobody came close to the expertise and quality of this company. Very happy with my decision. more

Jeanne Hessen came to my house and did a fabulous presentation. I felt fully educated to make my decision to go with Jeanne and her company. The 3-D rendering really helped me visualize my space. The garage came out fantastic and I am now very organized. Can't wait to do more spaces with Jeanne. more

i just got 3 closets designed and installed by Closet factory. I had a great designer, Stephanie she changed the entire function of my master closet that works so much better now. The installer was great and very clean. i will use them again and totally recommend them. The only thing was that i had to wait 4 weeks, but it was worth it now that they are in. jmoore more

I am very pleased with the closet Factory and the Laundry room and closet they designed and installed for us. I was left with no response from one company and an email that only gave me the price, with no description which was inflated then cut in half which really made me sceptical by the other. Needless to say after a thorough presentation and a visit to a great showroom i chose to do business with them. My designer Stephanie did a great job at listening to my needs and I will be using them again for further projects. Thank you for a job well done! Jess Ft Lauderdale more

In was very impressed with the attention to detail that my Designer Stephanie gave as well as the workmanship of the final product. I have recently chosen closet factory to design and install my 3 closets and they did a fabulous job. My designer Stephanie came up with a creative and functional plan and the installation was done in a timely fashion with no hick-ups. the finished product...beautiful. i'm very excited and highly recommend them!\r Bspears more
