Mark was Fabulous! 9/15/2015

My husband and I had some water damage and were forced to rent another home in our neighborhood while the repair work was being completed. When I was ready to have my closet built out with custom cabinetry I called the Closet Factory and that's when I met Mark Sidell. Mark was fabulous! He listened, he questioned, he suggested, he delivered! Easy going and knows his stuff!! Closets installed today! Great Installer too! WOW & DOUBLE WOW! 9/13/2015

Well he did it AGAIN! We've had Mark Sidell build twice for us and each time it just keeps getting better and better. We wanted a smashing Wine Bar to be one of the center pieces for our new home and gave Mark some ideas of what we were looking for. All I can say is the Wine Bar is SO GOOD...it is UTTERLY AMAZING...it definitely EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS...WOW AND DOUBLE WOW! Thank you Mark!\r \r Laurie Leslie more

My garage floor was a mess and what few cabinets and shelving I had were old and tired and needed updating and upgrading. I saw a coupon in a local Home Magazine and called Closet Factory because I was impressed with the fact that they were partnered with Motor Trend for doing garages which is a name I know. When Mark Sidell came to my house he made the process very simple and explained everything clearly and completely. Other companies came out and didn't explain anything and just wanted me to decide without even seeing their showroom to see what I was buying. Long story short, the work was done on time, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and my floor and cabinets look great. So much so that my neighbors came over and had Mark measure their garage to have the same work done as well. Thanks Mark for a very satisfactory service! \r Margaret Chowdhary more

Stopped into the showroom and spoke with one of the designers, Shellie. I was very impressed by her knowledge, and she offered to come to my home for a free consultation. I loved all her ideas, and hired her to do all of my closets. They were just installed, and look amazing. I want to thank Shellie for her hard work and dedication towards my project. more

I wanted to thank Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale for such awesome customer service and great design and planning for my garage. The floor and cabinets really look great. Not only is my garage more organized but my cars look darn good parked inside! The gift basket that Mark's wife makes up was also very much appreciated, not just by me but by my entire family. On top of that, the crew that came out to do the installation was also totally awesome and friendly. My garage is BEAUTIFUL! 9/4/2015

Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale came to our house and fully explained the very best way to design the right solution for a garage. We have a 3 car garage and use one bay as a work-out area and I also wanted a nice work-bench built as well. I just wanted to thank Mark and the entire team at Closet Factory for a job well done. I went to Ikea to take a look and try to do a couple of closets I had by my self. Ended up calling the closet factory to finish my home up. Just to much time and effort to get all that I want done and in time. I spoke to a rep that had me meet with Jessica Bentley at the factory. Between Jessica and speaking to an Engineer, I was able to get a design that would work with the space I have. They even had a layout for all my collections so I can view them as well. I am even impressed that they came up to do a remeasure on a corner that is a bit off from design.\r \r Thank you again for making this such an easy experience that I am recommended Jessica and the Closet Factory to my friends and family that could use it. more

I'm in love with my new closets! I had an amazing experience with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Mark was AWESOME! From the beautiful showroom and throughout the entire design process, and even during installation, every step was thoughtful and precise. My beautiful closets far exceed my expectations! I contact them for some upgrades to my current house. They were prompt on follow up. Jessica Bentley called me back and we scheduled an appointment for a time I could work with. I am so happy that I didnt have to wait for a 4 hour window to get this done like my cable company. When all was said and done I was in my price range to change items in my closet as well as have some additions put into my laundry room. Everything matched and Jessica was so helpful with any questions I had. There showroom had my husband wanting a garage upgrade. We will see. Thank you again for all the help and organization. more

Working with Mark Sidell at Closet Factory Exceeded Our Expectations! 8/16/2015

Our experience with Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale completely exceed our expectations. From the initial consultation with Mark to the final installation, everything was smooth and efficient. We just bought a new home and have a 6 month old baby girl so budget was critical. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Mark Sidell and the entire staff at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale for making the purchase of our new master bedroom closet for our Plantation, Florida home a wonderful experience. Mark's time and expertise in helping us lay out the closet was exceptional, and I particularly appreciate the personal touch that he gave to my wife Diane and I both pre and post order. The installer did an excellent job and was very thoughtful to ensure everything met my expectations to include extra care in clean up and damage protection to our carpeting.
