O PREMIUM WATERS HAVE GREAT TASTING WATER. I ACTUALLY PREFER THEIR WATER OVER DASANI AND AQUAFINA. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2001. I NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM.. I have had service with O Premium water for over 5 years... because the prices were going up I was thinking about cancelling our service however, my family and I would agree its great quality water. We have tried many different types of water delivery services and found that O Premium is the best in the valley. We enjoy the new drink concepts that come with our monthly deliveries. Pros: Delivery to household. Cons: We run out too soon. more

O Premium Water-Aug 2008 8/22/2008

I have been an O Premium customer for four years. I have found their customer service agents to be friendly and more than willing to attend to any concern I have. I love their water, it does not have an aftertaste like some other bottled water does. I also like the convenience of delivery. My only complaint is that the delivery drivers sometimes take all of my bottles away and then leave less than I put out. Pros: Good customer service-great water Cons: leave out 12 bottles only get 8 back-delivery is only every three weeks more

I've had friends and family comment on how good the water taste. I think that it is the best water I've had. I love the fact that I get a call 3 days in advanced to let me know when to put my bottles out. They're customer service is great easy to get a hold of either on the web site or on the phone. When I've been down to my last bottle I've called them up and they where there the next morning, now that is what I call service.\r more

Best tasting water I have ever had hands down. 8/22/2008

I was recommended to O'Premium by my brother who swore it was the best water and service he ever had. I had a meeting with the local rep who explained the service in detail and I have not had a single complaint. The one time I missed their service they came right back and delivered. I also love the feature that eliminates the possibility for any cross contamination. In the past I would have to wipe down the top of each bottle, wash the inside of the dispenser and still I would find the occasional ""floatie"" but not since I signed up with O'Premium. Hands down the best tasting water and customer service company I have every worked with. Pros: no contamination feature Cons: having to remember to set out the bottles the night before they arrive. If you could send a friendly reminder via e-mail the day before service that would be great. more

Excellent Drinking Water 8/21/2008

O Premium Waters has very clean drinking water at a very affordable rate. I have used other home water delivery company's before and the quality of the water as well as the quality of their customer service is so much better then any other company I have used. I have used O Premium Waters for about 8 months and I have never had a negative experience with them. more

GREAT WATER, bad equipment 8/11/2008

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the water that O Premium provides. We've had service for just under 2 years. \r \r In those two years we've been thru I think 5 water coolers. Each time one would break it would take O Premium a week or two to get a rep out. We had one broken unit replaced with another broken unit after we'd waited 2 weeks to get a tech out. When I called back to say that the replacement unit was also damaged, I was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks. My husband ended up going down to their warehouse to drop off the damaged unit and pick another one up. Through all of our equipment problems, O Premium's constant mantra has been ""well, you're paying for the water, not the equipment, we're letting you use our equipment for free, so you can't be upset"". \r \r Most recently I got harrassing phone calls every day about the new Esio system. Finally I caved in and let them bring this monstrosity into my home. The rep on the phone told me that I COULD purchase flavor packets and they were only a couple of dollars each. The next thing I know a sales rep has me signing a contract saying that I hereby agree to purchase no less than 6 flavor packets a month for $5 each and that my bill will go up like $25 a month. AFTER I signed the contract we call customer service and the gal on the phone says there's a $199 ""cleaning and restocking fee"" if we cancel. Bells went off in my head then, but I was like w/e. Not a week later the machine's buttons stop working half the time. A tech came out, pushed the button a few times... it happened to feel like working, he looked at me like I was a retarded 4 year old and told me ""It's a new machine, you have to give it time to settle in"". Now the machine constantly leaks water at a rate of about 2 cups a minute. My husband won't drink the flavor packets, he says they tase bad. O premium won't take the machine back. They keep trying to foist more free flavor packets on me to appease me. I'm not happy. Pros: Awesome Water, punctual delivery. Cons: Staff has no concern for customers. more

EXCELLENT WATER; A COMPANY THAT CARES 7/21/2008

I work for this company and honestly can not believe some of these reviews. There have been problems with sales reps, as with any company, but they have been dealt with and are no longer employeed here. Not only does this company have the best water I have ever tasted, but they trully care about both their customers and their employees. This company has grown alot, and is one of the few places I have ever worked that listens to it's customers and employees and continually tries to improve itself. I would recommend OPW to anyone looking for great water, as well as anyone looking for an exceptional place to work. Pros: The Best Water in Town; A Great Place to Work more

Sick of Losers Whining 7/21/2008

I currently work for this company and find it sickening to watch lazy and distrustful employees quit, or get terminated, and then spend the rest of their worthless lives trying to tear down something that we all make a living doing and are proud of it. Is OPW perfect? No, but they continue to try to improve in all aspects of their business and I, for one, would rather be a part of something good versus listening to these serial unemployable whiners. From The Inside: Do Not Let These Reps Into Your Home! 7/18/2008

I can't help but notice the PR-grade quality of the past several five-star comments. I used to work for the company, and I can tell you things that would churn your stomach. Do not, under any circumstances, allow a sales rep from OPW into your home. I had to deal with sales reps day in and day out. There are exactly two I would trust out of the entire sales staff. In my time with the company, I experienced verbal threats, sometimes overt physical threats, sexual harrassment, and ZERO help from management. Sales reps knew they could do what they wanted and get away with it. They'd bring vans back at various points during the day to turn in after making their sales quota and leave full coolers of beer, sensitive customer info--even narcotics--in the vans. None was ever disciplined. One rep was caught writing multiple contracts, telling the customer the price was $13.99 a month, even writing that price on the contract! Then, just before turning the paperwork in, he'd add the extra piece to turn the 1 to a 4, making it $49.99 a month. Never fired. At least two were telling customers to write ""OPW"" in the payee section of the check, then changing OPW to their own names and cashing them. Neither was fired, and who knows how many others got away with it. Several employees have tried to point out the outright crimes committed by these reps to management and have been severely disciplined some to the point of termination. And it would not surprise me that the back-to-back stellar reviews were posted by the company to balance out the horrible ones. Some of the people that I worked with were incredible people, and the only reason they're still there is because they need a job; they're being wronged by a company that does not care for them. OPW's sales staff is borderline criminal, their customer service is wretched, and an excellent product that should sell itself is being destroyed by their lack of concern for what's right. Very Attentive Customer Service 7/12/2008

I have been an O Premium Waters customer for over 4 years. The service is great and their pricing is competitive. They offer many features that set them apart. One of my favorite features is the automated reminder call I receive a few days before my next delivery date. Best Water Anywhere! 7/11/2008

Normally I don't write into these things, however I have to say that the taste of O Premium Water is the best I've ever tasted. I never gave it a second thought until I started drinking O Premium several years ago, now I'm spoiled and cannot really enjoy any other water. Their service of replacing any and all the bottles I leave out for one price is the most cost effective and ""green"" way for me to consume good water. I would recommend anyone interested in clean, safe, good tasting water to try O Premium Waters - this sounds like a commercial - but I really mean it! more

Best tasting bottled water - you should try it 7/10/2008

I have been happy with O-Premium Water's product since the beginning. Today I called customer service because I needed to adjust my delivery contract to a smaller number of bottles as there is one less person living at my house now. Theresa Jones was the customer service rep that answered my call. She was friendly, efficient, and spent a few extra minutes determining the best way to rework my delivery contract. I was very pleased with her efforts in my behalf. Employees like Theresa inspire customers to greater loyalty to the company and to ""talk up"" the product to friends and associates. more

Water Delivery 7/10/2008

I found it necessary to call your CS this morning as we missed our call notification for the second month in a row, as we were out of town-----needless to say we are running low on our last bottle----we have been customers for years and I have generally not had problems leaving them out---Theresa your Service Rep was so understanding and when I said I would pay the $10 she said not a worry and continued to take my order and schedule our delivery of 5 bottles tomorrow-----in a land where Customer service is deteriorating it was a pleasure to have a ""person"" actually take care of my problem without a hassle! Great customer service 7/9/2008

I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years now and have been satisifed so far. I've called customer service a few times because I forgot to set out my bottles and they have always sent some out the next day without an additional charge. I just called them to change my credit card and to see about lowering my payment (we drink less water than before). Xavier was extremely helpful...he was able to lower my payment a little as well as change the credit card on file. When I asked about a new cooler he explained their newest system along with his personal experiences with it.\r \r I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they require 30 days written notice to cancel and only come every 4 weeks, which means more bottles to store at my house (it was every 2 weeks when I initally signed up). Overall, they have great water at a good price. Pros: Great water, good value, excellent customer service Cons: 30-day written notice to cancel, only come every 4 weeks more

After a hard day at work, I got home and realized, I had forgotten to put my O Premium bottles out and had none. I called cs and spoke with Xaiver, a professional, who quickly dispelled my distress and assured me I would have my water delivered the next day.. and it was...thank-you Xaiver and O Premium for a good experience! Great Customer Service 7/1/2008

There is always at least a 3 minnute hold time when you call in. However, once you get through, the customer service is excellent. They are professional and thorough, and you never feel like you are being rushed off the phone. Delivery for special orders usually occurs within 24 hours. more

I HAVE BEEN GETING O PREMIUM ELECTROLITE WATER FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 MONTHS I THINK THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC I USE 45 GALS A MONTH I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL I RECOMEND THEM TO EVERY ONE I NO THINKS O PREMIUM WATER . more
