I was recommended to O'Premium by my brother who swore it was the best water and service he ever had. I had a meeting with the local rep who explained the service in detail and I have not had a single complaint. The one time I missed their service they came right back and delivered. I also love the feature that eliminates the possibility for any cross contamination. In the past I would have to wipe down the top of each bottle, wash the inside of the dispenser and still I would find the occasional ""floatie"" but not since I signed up with O'Premium. Hands down the best tasting water and customer service company I have every worked with.
Pros: no contamination feature
Cons: having to remember to set out the bottles the night before they arrive. If you could send a friendly reminder via e-mail the day before service that would be great.
