I LOVE LOVE LOVE the water that O Premium provides. We've had service for just under 2 years. \r

In those two years we've been thru I think 5 water coolers. Each time one would break it would take O Premium a week or two to get a rep out. We had one broken unit replaced with another broken unit after we'd waited 2 weeks to get a tech out. When I called back to say that the replacement unit was also damaged, I was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks. My husband ended up going down to their warehouse to drop off the damaged unit and pick another one up. Through all of our equipment problems, O Premium's constant mantra has been ""well, you're paying for the water, not the equipment, we're letting you use our equipment for free, so you can't be upset"". \r

Most recently I got harrassing phone calls every day about the new Esio system. Finally I caved in and let them bring this monstrosity into my home. The rep on the phone told me that I COULD purchase flavor packets and they were only a couple of dollars each. The next thing I know a sales rep has me signing a contract saying that I hereby agree to purchase no less than 6 flavor packets a month for $5 each and that my bill will go up like $25 a month. AFTER I signed the contract we call customer service and the gal on the phone says there's a $199 ""cleaning and restocking fee"" if we cancel. Bells went off in my head then, but I was like w/e. Not a week later the machine's buttons stop working half the time. A tech came out, pushed the button a few times... it happened to feel like working, he looked at me like I was a retarded 4 year old and told me ""It's a new machine, you have to give it time to settle in"". Now the machine constantly leaks water at a rate of about 2 cups a minute. My husband won't drink the flavor packets, he says they tase bad. O premium won't take the machine back. They keep trying to foist more free flavor packets on me to appease me. I'm not happy.
Pros: Awesome Water, punctual delivery.
Cons: Staff has no concern for customers.
