I found it necessary to call your CS this morning as we missed our call notification for the second month in a row, as we were out of town-----needless to say we are running low on our last bottle----we have been customers for years and I have generally not had problems leaving them out---Theresa your Service Rep was so understanding and when I said I would pay the $10 she said not a worry and continued to take my order and schedule our delivery of 5 bottles tomorrow-----in a land where Customer service is deteriorating it was a pleasure to have a ""person"" actually take care of my problem without a hassle! Thank You and kudos to Theresa for her good service with an unseen smile. Suzi
