I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years now and have been satisifed so far. I've called customer service a few times because I forgot to set out my bottles and they have always sent some out the next day without an additional charge. I just called them to change my credit card and to see about lowering my payment (we drink less water than before). Xavier was extremely helpful...he was able to lower my payment a little as well as change the credit card on file. When I asked about a new cooler he explained their newest system along with his personal experiences with it.\r

I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they require 30 days written notice to cancel and only come every 4 weeks, which means more bottles to store at my house (it was every 2 weeks when I initally signed up). Overall, they have great water at a good price.
