I have been happy with my unit but not happy with the warranty from the company, I just had them out for my first service call (3/4/13), first thing they told me that I did not have a service contract and if I did it was not good for labour or trip charges (which it is on my contract) and also it incudes free 2 year maint., when they came out they replaced the air filter and tried to charge me around $80.00 for it, and air filter to me would follow maint. program and be replaced for free, after I told them I did not want it they said they would come back and take it out, I would think they would want the good PR and leave it in plus the cost of another trip out to remove. I can not imagine the owner of the company would handle it this way but his people seem angry over thier contract program , maybe they are on commision ?
