Matt was very polite when he showed up. When he got ready to go on the roof to work on my unit, he asked if I wanted to come up with him to take a look at the health of my unit. He was very patient with me, explaining how everything worked and what he was looking for. He said that for the most part my unit looked pretty healthy being as old as it was. There was a capacitor that was starting to go bad. He showed me the reading on his interment that it was not in the best of shape and the battery acid leaking out the side was another sign that it was not to healthy. He said that I might want to replace, it may a may not make it through the summer. There was no pressure to do any repairs that was beyond the original 39.99 inspection fee. To be on the safe side I had the capacitor replaced. Matt noticed that there was a section with a two inch gap between the AC unit and the intake port, from when the original installer tried to jimmy rig the new unit to fit where to old unit was (it truly was a mess). It so happens that Matt's supervisor (Junior) was working on the roof just behind my house so he called him over to take a look at the gap to see what we could do to fix the gap. Over all the experience was great and they gave me a good deal. Thank your hard work and integrity Matt and Junior.
