I still have a little trepidation from buying a maintance contract from an 'out of town' provider.
The first two calls last year went OK. But on my call this year for routine maintance I was 'stood up' twice due to over scheduling (not enough of a local workforce to handle out of service condition for other customers) maybe, could have been other reasons - don't know reason they missed appointment?

We are unusually busy right now due to the rapid onset of the heat. As we do with all of our customers, we give priority to customers with SERVICE issues. Unfortunately sometimes this means we have to re-schedule prior scheduled appointments, rest assured we do our best to be on time on the date scheduled. Also we are not an out of town company as we have office in Chandler, Tucson, Prescott with full time technicians in each location and other technicians standing by in out of areas to assist with call flow.
