I have Solar Bear come out twice a year to do the fall and spring check on the HVAC system. They have always taken care of everything. They are very thorough and friendly.

I'm impressed 4/26/2012

What a quality team Solar Bear provided for my new air conditioner total experience! From Scott Ford, the tech who led us through this, Scott Bidwell who kept his sense of humor with financing arrangements, Gary who quietly and almost invisibly designed a roof solution (that worked!), Tyler and Richard who did an excellent installation job, Damian and Ben who cleaned the ducts when the installation was done. I honestly expected at least some mess and there was none. They were fast and very efficient. I am a highly aware and critical consumer and hardly ever give 5 stars, but in this case they are deserved! more

Despite my joining the Nat'l Do-Not-Call Registry years ago, this firm contacts you anyway. When I explained my status to the caller, she became very nasty and hung up on me. Guess some firms think they are above the law! more

There are laws in the U.S. for 4/23/2012

There are laws in the U.S. for harassment, and stalking, stalking customers to break into their home to damage their ac or other things you fix will not be so easy any more. Now citizens are armed and dangerous especially when Solar Bear is a threat on families safety. We are aware your bandits and harassing workers are deadly but wait because citizens are waiting for Solar Bear. Mean time we believe federal government would be interested in how you do business. more

I would like to commend David Goodloe for his outstanding service when installing a new furnace and air-contioner. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered my questions adequately. His helpers, Juston Makey and Arthur Molina were hard workers hauling equipment up and down the steps leading to our house. They were very respectful and polite when walking through the house. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Solar-Bear. more

I am a senior citizen and in the past have been given aggressive sales pitches. I did not ex- perience this with your tech Brandon Hughes. This is the first time a service person has sat down and explained the workings of my A/C and why the repairs required were necessary. This young man is a 'keeper' and an asset to your company. Ended up purchasing the 5 year warranty that we did not plan on. 4/8/2012

We were told after the sales call that we would receive an e-mail outlining all the things that would be done for the $39. We never revceived that list. One thing that I do remember is that the filter was to be changed and it was not. Otherwise the tech seemed to be knowledgable and do good work. He also cleaned up after himself after getting up into the attic space. more

CUSTOMERS DO NOT LIKE TO BE TOLD A BLOCK OF TIME AND EVEN CONFIRMED THAT MORNING THEN THE TECH.WAS LATE ,UNDERSTANDBLY BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD ...ITS DISCURTIOUS TO DO THIS AND IS JUST AS TIME CONSUMING TO THE BUYER AS IT IS TO THE SELLER more

We just had our second checkup by Mike Sukut, the first one was when we signed up for a years service .It is so light I can hardy make it out on the copy, but it looks like Brandon. We felt bth were trustworthy and we have signed up for another year more
