I have Solar Bear come out twice a year to do the fall and spring check on the HVAC system. They have always taken care of everything. They are very thorough and friendly.

Very Satisfiled Customer! 6/26/2012

I highly recommend Solar Bear. My AC went down and they totally took care of it. Service Tech Tim did a great job working with my home warranty company which is not always easy. Solar Bear also has a plumbing divison. If you are looking for a good, quick, and honest company call them. I also purchased their service maintenance plan. I trust Solar Bear with my HVAC & plumbing needs. more

Funny of the all the reviews listed on this company are for violating the National Do Not Call List & yet nothing has been done to this company! I am also on the Do Not Call List have been for YEARS I get call ALL THE TIME from this Company despite speaking with Steven C who claims is the Office Supervisor. WELL JOIN ME FOLKS..... I HAVE JUST STARTED THE PROCESS & FILED A CLAIM WITH THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. PLEASE JOIN ME & LETS PUT A END TO THIS COMPANY BREAKING THE GOVERNMENTAL LAWS THAT ARE TO PROTECT US! Another thing if you decide to use this company based on the very few good reviews I have found... Ask yourself how legit & trusting is a company the knownly continues to break the law?? Fantastic Service By The Technician you serviced our air conditioner 6/21/2012

I want it to be known to the head boss(es) at Solar Bear that Robb, the technician who came to our home at 8956 E Fairway Blvd, Yesterday, June 20, 2012, did a fantastic job. This young man was extremely polite, knowledgeable and quick, but not careless. It is my understanding he has only been with Solar Bear a short time, but this fellow was very helpful in providing input to my wife and I. I previously owned a glass company for since 1955 with my father. One thing I drilled in to all my staff was giving great service and going to the next level by being curtious and go the extra mile to our customers. Please thank him again for me and when I have my next service performed, I definitely would like Robb to do it for my wife and I. This is another reason why we selected Solar Bear's contract. Today, Justin did a great job installing my hot water heater. And Clayton, Justin, and David did an equally great job installing my new air conditioning unit. FYI, I had the occasion to have a scheduled service call by your Mike Sukut last Tuesday, and I'd like you to know that he was exceptional. Mike's obvious knowledge of my AC system, and his willingness to share all aspects of what and why he was doing what he was doing seemed truly remarkable. I received a sales call from Solor Bear today. I asked the caller to please take me off of their calling list. He then became rude and asked in a sarcastic voice, *how do you know you want to be taken off a list when you don't even know anything about us?* He proceeded to continue talking without allowing me to respond. I finally hung up with the salesman still talking loudly in my ear. This kind of tactic will never work with most people I know. more

satisified with a/c performance after maintance call 6/8/2012

I still have a little trepidation from buying a maintance contract from an 'out of town' provider. The first two calls last year went OK. But on my call this year for routine maintance I was 'stood up' twice due to over scheduling (not enough of a local workforce to handle out of service condition for other customers) maybe, could have been other reasons - don't know reason they missed appointment? RESPONSE FROM Solar Bear: We are unusually busy right now due to the rapid onset of the heat. As we do with all of our customers, we give priority to customers with SERVICE issues. Unfortunately sometimes this means we have to re-schedule prior scheduled appointments, rest assured we do our best to be on time on the date scheduled. Also we are not an out of town company as we have office in Chandler, Tucson, Prescott with full time technicians in each location and other technicians standing by in out of areas to assist with call flow. more
