I want it to be known to the head boss(es) at Solar Bear that Robb, the technician who came to our home at 8956 E Fairway Blvd, Yesterday, June 20, 2012, did a fantastic job. This young man was extremely polite, knowledgeable and quick, but not careless. It is my understanding he has only been with Solar Bear a short time, but this fellow was very helpful in providing input to my wife and I. I previously owned a glass company for since 1955 with my father. One thing I drilled in to all my staff was giving great service and going to the next level by being curtious and go the extra mile to our customers. Please thank him again for me and when I have my next service performed, I definitely would like Robb to do it for my wife and I. This is another reason why we selected Solar Bear's contract.
