We had all kinds of problems with installing our unit (see review by Michele G) and wanted to get our money back. Discovered that our demand for money back was the first time the owner of the company had heard of our complaints--previous complaints were not forwarded to him. He asked for an opportunity to 'make it right'. Bottom line: they removed the unit they had initially installed and replaced it with a more expensive unit (but didn't charge us for the difference) that was the correct size. The first installer was fired as was the customer service rep that didn't properly handle our complaints. This company really does stand behind their work. Anyone can have a problem employee, but Solar Bear went way above and beyond to fix problems caused by the employee. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC units or service.
