I have had multiple issues reguarding my dlp telivision in that past 4 months, lets just say 100 of the 120 days my telivision has sat dead. Theres is alot to say about the company that i decided to buy the tv from so please take it from me when buying an item worth a large sum of money, due as much homework into the companys warranty as much of the product you are deciding to buy. Trust me you do not want to be the one typing this, you would rather be the one reading this. Precision tv is a typical company out there with a goal of doing buisness as quickly and productive as possible, these days theres no other choice for companys. Precision tv works as a middle man, being that the company and your self as the first and third party. Thus saying i truly bielive companys like this one forget how to target the costumer who at times can become the middle man and forced to not only bielive that buy paying a high warranty cost for the product you buy and intrusting that the coordination of paper work along with the time thats needed to deal with any problems that might ocure are going to be smoothly resolved in a resonable time is a fariy tale that needs to be shelfed right next to avatar. No matter how hard you click your heels or squinch your eyes companys simular to this one have forgot how to resolve anything without wasting your time. In the long run of most thing we buy or sign to, we all end up paying for more than we asked for. I have purchased a 500 dollar warranty for a product that is worth 1400.00 dollars, thats more than 30 percent the products worth.\r
I have had countless conversations with the company i bought the product from and as well with Precision tv.\r
More simply put ""tv still broke"". My best advise to the person that's dealing with the same situation, make sure you report the problem to the company you bought it from as soon as possible, keep all reciepts, cominicate as best as you can to the company you bought the product from because,(youl like this) precision tv has to do as there told and the people that tell them what to do is where you bought the product from. The only way to really get what you want from companys like precision tv is to involve yourself more than you want towrard the issue and most important create or develope a relation ship with the company you bought the tv from. What all this break down to was my first mistake, homework before buying i didnt do it now im paying for it, litraly. But dont forget precision tv's more worried about the companys they work for then you the buyer. Next time i buy a tv i am going to realy think about the amount i want to pay for the warranty.\r
Plus i am taking my business far way from anyone who does business with precision tv. I guess we all have to learn from our lessons, I just wish mine didnt cost over 2000 dollars.
