Just a quick note about my experience. \r

1. Call Center was fine. They kept me updated which was to my surprise. I knew what was happening throughout the process. \r

2. Technician came to my house in uniform and was very polite. To my amazement he replaced my television panel and it worked again like magic once he was done.\r
\r
3. They even followed up with a Survey to make sure my experience was to my satisfaction (which it was).\r
\r
4. What more could I ask for?\r
