PRECISION CAME TO MY HOME TO FIX MY AKIA. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED 2 PARTS. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THE PART AND ANOTHER 3 DAYS FOR TECH TO COME. TECH INSTALLED THE NEW PARTS ONLY TO DISCOVER THE BLUE PICTURS TUBE WAS BAD AS WELL. SOMETHING THAT WAS MISSED ON FIRST VISIT. I WAS TOLD BY TECH THAT HE HAD TO REMOVE THE 2 PARTS THAT ACTUALLY MADE THE TV WORK AND ORDER THE BLUE PICTURE TUBE.WAS TOLD IT WAS SAMS CLUB POLICY. I WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS FOR BLUE PICTURE TUBE AND LISTEN TO A DIFFERENT LIE EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ETA....FINALLY TECH SHOWS UP INSTALLS THE 2 NEW PARTS THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY REMOVED. GREAT TV WORKS. NOW HE WILLINSTALL BLUE PICTURE TUBE AND I CAN WATCH TV FINALLY. TECH OPENS THE BLUE PICTURE TUBE BOX ONLY TO FIND THAT THE PICTURE TUBE IS GREEN. CALLED PRECISION BECAUSE NOW I KNOW HE WILL HAVE TO REMOVE OTHER PARTS, WAS TOLD SAMS CLUB POLICY BY A SUPERVISIOR, PHONE SAMS CLUB WHILE SPEAKING TO PRECISION CUST RELATIONS REP. WILL CALL HER ELLEN, WHO THEN CHANGED HER STORY AGAIN AND DECIDED TO TELL ME THE TRUTH THAT IT WAS PRECISION POLICY..I DIRECTLY ASKED HER WHO POLICY WAS IT AT THE BEGINNING OF CALL..NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM SURE IT WILL BE ANOTHER 3 WEEKS..AND 2 MORE HOURS OF MY TIME. AND YES TECH REMOVED THE NEW PARTS THAT MAKES THE TV WORK.........DONT BELIVE A WORD THEY SAY Pros: THEY DO APOLIZE A LOT BUT THAT IS ABOUT IT Cons: TELL YOU A DIFFERENT STORY ON EVERY CALL
