I have had Pacific Coast Termite several times in my house, and they have always kept their appointment. Everybody they send is great but I was really impressed with Courtney, the inspector that came today. He came on time, and he was clean, quiet, took care of business. He had a nice overall attitude, and my dog liked them! Several years ago, I was looking for an alternative to using toxic chemicals where you have to take out the animals. I found Pacific Coast Termite's website and I liked that they used non-toxic chemicals. The people at Pacific Coast Termite keep their word. By this I mean, they come when they say they're going to come and act on what they say. This has been the second time they came out for the one-year service contract. I had them once before. I had used them a long time ago, but this time I've been with them since the initial inspection, and they've been here last year and this year. I feel confident in Pacific Coast Termite. They keep the appointments, they return calls, they're available, and offer a toll-free number. Everyone they send out has been professional, but Courtney has been especially outstanding. more

We had termites in our house. We had to take care of them before we could paint. We'd heard about Pacific Coast Termite on TV, their ad says everything you'd want to know. It's a beautiful ad too! They use Orange, instead of putting your house in a tent. You know you have to take everything edible out of your house when it's tented. You have to empty out the pantry, the refrigerator and even the freezer! You can't leave anything out! We have a big house and that would've been such an inconvenience for us! I called Pacific Coast and they told me they could send someone out right away, the very next day. Pacific Coast Termite sent out two young men, Brian and Jose, and they were great! They told me they'd be here at 8am and they were punctual. They were very nice and very professional young men. They worked hard and did a thorough job. They were here from 8am-12:30pm constantly working. These men were extremely polite and kind. Sure they joked around a little, but they were competent and completely professional. I'd be happy to have them come out to my home anytime. Pacific Coast Termite guarantees their work for three years, and if I have any trouble at all, I feel completely comfortable in calling them and having them come back out. Pacific Coast Termite came out today to do the annual follow-up to the termite treatment we received last year. At that time, we had a pretty bad infestation. The verdict today was that the pests are not 100 eradicated, but only present in a few spots, and in small numbers. Compared to problem last year, we are in very good shape. I am happy with the results. The serviceman here today was very professional and thorough. We appreciate that he took the time to explain the situation in detail. He did a great job. Pacific Coast gave us a phone call reminder a few days ago, and the arrival today was very punctual. I have no complaints. more

The guys from Pacific Coast Termite showed up and they were very, very nice. I had to have something done inside the house, and they were very concerned not to damage my carpet. They put plastic down and spent a lot of time thoroughly foaming and going through my attic. The guy in my attic was really taking time while the other one was working on the beam in the house. Then they were working outside, treating the dry wood termites. Then they went around doing the subterranean termites, drilling all the holes, and sweeping the debris from the concrete. They were just extremely nice young men, and I felt I was in good hands with them. Then I had another crew that took care of the wood and they were wonderful also. They just did a beautiful job! J. I saw a TV advertisement about Pacific Coast Termite and decided to use them. It was the first time I used this type of service. The people who came were very good. They explained everything that they did to me. They took the time to talk to me, waited until the product dried, and covered up what needed to be covered up. The inspector and two men were terrific. The two guys from Pacific Coast Termite were excellent. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulders, they let me ask as many questions as I wanted to, and they answered all the questions very well. They had nothing to hide. They were great! They did a thorough, job, especially in the garage, which was the worst part of the whole thing. The house had been treated for termites back in 1994, but the garage was not, and it was terrible. They treated it with orange oil, covered everything, flashed it, and did stuff around the perimeter of the house also. They did a fantastic job! They even wiped their feet when they came in the house, and not many people do that anymore. I would recommend them. more

Pacific Coast Termite are a very professional operation. I was experiencing a termite problem in my home and used them for treatment, as well as to take preventative measures to keep the pests away in the future. I checked out several termite treatment companies, and though Pacific Coast was more expensive than some of their competitors, they were recommended by the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. It has only been one week since treatment, so I can't say anything definitive about the success of the procedure, but the people they sent out were cooperative. A supervisor came along, as well, and he was helpful. The home office was helpful, as well, and Christina, in particular, has provided great assistance. I do have a few reservations with Pacific Coast, though the experience was mainly positive. At first, we were all set up for them to come out, but they had to cancel at the last minute. It was difficult for me to reschedule with them afterwards, and had to call several times to get everything worked out. Also when they were here, they missed a small area, and I will be calling them this afternoon to address it. But overall, it worked out well. more

We had two companies come out to give us bids for termite work. The first company didn't go up in the attic, under the house or check the inside of the garage (which was the worst spot). When Pacific Coast came out, the inspector, Ricardo, went completely around the house, inside, outside, under and checked the garage. Gave us a good price. The two employees who came out to do the work, Brian and Jose were total professionals. They let me look over their shoulder (which tells me there was nothing to hide), answered all our questions and even wiped their feet before they came in the house! I would recommend this company to anyone who does not want to have to move out of their home, especially if they have animals. Paula Anderson more

We had termites in our patio area so Ricardo from Pacific Coast Termite came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me a solid estimate. He even went beyond what my original concerns were and informed me that we had rodents too. He let me know that Pacific Coast Termite took care of everything and not to worry. I thought Ricardo was really great, and the main reason is that his estimate didn't waver from the time he was there to the time the crews came out to do the work. The estimate was precise and there were no hidden costs. Due to the termite issue, most of our patio was infested. They had to remove the rotten wood completely. Instead of leaving us with a completely demolished patio, they actually have a construction team. They left our patio in better condition then when they started. It was wonderful! I think it's great that they had the three teams to offer: Construction Team, Termite Team and the Rodent Team. I've already referred them to several friends of mine. As a woman, I was very comfortable with them here, even though I was home alone at the time. Everyone was polite, professional and didn't use profanity. I would definitely use their services again! more

Pacific Coast Termite was absolutely superb. The man who came to explain their services, the salesman, was so well-spoken and excellent. We were very impressed with him, and that's really the reason why we went with them. The two men who came out to do the actual job were just darling! They were well-trained, careful, respectful, thorough and responsible. We were again just totally impressed with them. They offer follow-up treatments too for those interested. A year ago I had Paul from Pacific Coast Termite come out and do the original inspection. He drew up the plans, and then the following week two technicians did everything. They did a very good job. About 6 to 8 months later I noticed some more activity, and then I had some more activity again towards the end of the one year contract. I got a notice that said that I could extend my contract, and I meant to do that because I saw some activity, but than I forgot about it. About a week after the expiration I called Pacific Coast to ask if I could still extend it. They said it was absolutely no problem to extend it, so I was extremely happy with that. So, last week Courtney came out to check the activity. He was extremely professional in everything he did. He was very well informed and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me all kinds of good information about what to do in the future. He did an extremely good job. I did originally think that the price was a little high, but I didn't check out other places. When Pacific Coast Termite says they will do something, they will do it. Also, they will be there when they say. My time frame was from 8-10, and Courtney was there at 8:01 AM. You can't get better than that. more

What impressed me about Pacific Coast Termite was the genuine, sincere professionalism from top to bottom. It wasn't canned and it was not put on. It was all genuine, and that is what sold me on it. The guy who sold me on the service explained that they may not be the cheapest, but if I didn't use them then I needed to use someone else. There was no pushiness about making me use them, only genuine openness. It was my first time using them. Since then things have been well. I have not seen any other infestations or noticed any residual odors. If you are interested in having the job done, truly take a close look not just at the dollar symbol but at the people working with you. I think you will decide to go with Pacific Coast Termite. Our experience with Pacific Coast Termite was super excellent. We were researching companies to use and decided to try them so we wouldn't have to tent. I have dealt with several termite companies and Pacific Coast Termite were the most professional and responsible. After the job was done, if I felt uncomfortable with anything they would come back until I was satisfied. They were really good. I am going to refer them to all of my friends and neighbors because I have had really bad experiences with other companies. You have to evaluate a company by comparison. I hired another company a few years ago to do a fumigation, and it was determined that most of the existing termite damage actually occurred after that fumigation. So, this time I said no fumigation. Pacific Coast Termite did the orange oil treatment, and I knew they were a good company as soon as the inspector started. He was very detailed during the inspection and he checked everywhere. We knew this was the company we wanted to use. Pacific Coast Termite is well managed company because all of their people are very responsible. more

Pacific Coast Termite has a great team. They are all very friendly and professional, and their customer service is phenomenal. They went of their way to take care of me. We had a somewhat unfortunate situation that was really no fault of theirs. When they were drilling holes in the patio, they hit the gas line. It was nothing they did wrong; the house is old and the gas line was supposed to be much lower. Consequently, the house was unlivable for a period, but Pacific Coast Termite, and especially James, jumped to action to resolve the situation and minimize my hardship. They hired a plumber to replace the gas line, they replaced all of the brick on the patio, and they put me up in a hotel while the problem was fixed. James checked in with me regularly and he was incredibly responsive. He made an otherwise difficult situation go much easier than it could have. I have never experienced better customer service. more
