I have had Pacific Coast Termite several times in my house, and they have always kept their appointment. Everybody they send is great but I was really impressed with Courtney, the inspector that came today. He came on time, and he was clean, quiet, took care of business. He had a nice overall attitude, and my dog liked them!

This has been the second time they came out for the one-year service contract. I had them once before. I had used them a long time ago, but this time I've been with them since the initial inspection, and they've been here last year and this year.
I feel confident in Pacific Coast Termite. They keep the appointments, they return calls, they're available, and offer a toll-free number. Everyone they send out has been professional, but Courtney has been especially outstanding.
