Pacific Coast Termite

I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the job Pacific Coast Termite did. As a homeowner, I felt that treating my home for termites was an important thing to do. I heard about Pacific Coast Termite from a friend who had used them to treat her house. I was extremely happy with the service. It was a fair expense, from the price they quoted to the job that was done and the time involved. One thing that was very impressive was their customer service, especially when it came to treating my garage. They found strong evidence of termites in the attic part of the garage. In order to spray up there, they had to get up on a ladder and remove some shelving as well as several things I had stored up there. The young man who came out to do the job did exactly what he said he would. With the help of another worker, he took all of the necessary things down and put them all back when the job was done. I appreciated this because I was not going to be able to climb up on the ladder and do that myself. All of my communication with Pacific Coast Termite was direct. The bosses should be commended for building a company that is so customer-oriented. Everyone was cooperative and willing to take care of my needs. They answered all of my questions. Another positive aspect is the orange oil that they use for the treatment. It is not an undesirable fragrance, so it makes the experience even more positive. I saw an ad for Pacific Coast Termite on television. I did not want to tent because tenting is no guarantee that termites will not return. With Pacific Coast Termite, I have a 2-year guarantee. I am definitely happy with the service. They informed me how the process was going to work. The person who came out to do the evaluation showed me on the map where he had found termites and how the crew would take care of it. Since Pacific Coast Termite did the treatment, I have not seen any termites. I asked for extra brochures and information on their company so that I could pass it on to some of my neighbors. I decided to use Pacific Coast Termite because I had a bad experience with one of their competitors. I had called the competitor and they came out to do estimate but then never called me back. I was so upset with the competitor. Around that time, I heard about Pacific Coast Termite through their advertising. Pacific Coast Termite came out to my house, did the estimate and got the job done. The entire process took less than a week. I was so impressed with the job they did and their service in general. They were very professional and thorough compared to their competitors. I was also surprised at how reasonable Pacific Coast Termite's prices are compared to other companies. When it comes to termites, you want to make sure you get all of them. We decided to use Pacific Coast Termite because of convenience. We did not want to tent our house and move our pets. We did some research on Orange oil, the product they use, and decided to give it a try. Pacific Coast Termite was very customer-oriented from the beginning. They did a good job of explaining the difference between fumigation and Orange oil. They quickly set up the free home inspection and estimate. The inspection was very detailed. We walked around our house with the inspector and, when he gave us the estimate, we agreed that the price was right. We wanted to start on the spot, and Pacific Coast Termite was flexible. One crew came over within the hour, around noon, and another crew joined a few hours later. They worked until about 7 p.m. and completed the job. We were really impressed. In addition, when we put new wood in the house, they made a return trip and treated all of that wood as well. My wife has been checking the house for termites and she has found no sign of them. It is nice to know that if we see any termites, Pacific Coast Termite will come back out and take care of it. Pacific Coast Termite was very professional.
