I am definitely happy with the service. They informed me how the process was going to work. The person who came out to do the evaluation showed me on the map where he had found termites and how the crew would take care of it.
Since Pacific Coast Termite did the treatment, I have not seen any termites. I asked for extra brochures and information on their company so that I could pass it on to some of my neighbors. I have already recommended them to 2 neighbors.
