Review content:
Pacific Coast Termite came out today to do the annual follow-up to the termite treatment we received last year. At that time, we had a pretty bad infestation. The verdict today was that the pests are not 100 eradicated, but only present in a few spots, and in small numbers. Compared to problem last year, we are in very good shape. I am happy with the results.
The serviceman here today was very professional and thorough. We appreciate that he took the time to explain the situation in detail. He did a great job. Pacific Coast gave us a phone call reminder a few days ago, and the arrival today was very punctual. I have no complaints.
