We had two companies come out to give us bids for termite work. The first company didn't go up in the attic, under the house or check the inside of the garage (which was the worst spot). When Pacific Coast came out, the inspector, Ricardo, went completely around the house, inside, outside, under and checked the garage. Gave us a good price.
The two employees who came out to do the work, Brian and Jose were total professionals. They let me look over their shoulder (which tells me there was nothing to hide), answered all our questions and even wiped their feet before they came in the house!
I would recommend this company to anyone who does not want to have to move out of their home, especially if they have animals.
