Pacific Coast Termite has a great team. They are all very friendly and professional, and their customer service is phenomenal. They went of their way to take care of me.
We had a somewhat unfortunate situation that was really no fault of theirs. When they were drilling holes in the patio, they hit the gas line. It was nothing they did wrong; the house is old and the gas line was supposed to be much lower. Consequently, the house was unlivable for a period, but Pacific Coast Termite, and especially James, jumped to action to resolve the situation and minimize my hardship.
They hired a plumber to replace the gas line, they replaced all of the brick on the patio, and they put me up in a hotel while the problem was fixed. James checked in with me regularly and he was incredibly responsive. He made an otherwise difficult situation go much easier than it could have. I have never experienced better customer service.
