The two guys from Pacific Coast Termite were excellent. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulders, they let me ask as many questions as I wanted to, and they answered all the questions very well. They had nothing to hide. They were great! They did a thorough, job, especially in the garage, which was the worst part of the whole thing. The house had been treated for termites back in 1994, but the garage was not, and it was terrible. They treated it with orange oil, covered everything, flashed it, and did stuff around the perimeter of the house also. They did a fantastic job! They even wiped their feet when they came in the house, and not many people do that anymore. I would recommend them.
