enjoyed my experience with Lucia! she really nice and super quick! i was there @1130 out by 1145! I hadnt received a BW in a couple years but she was straight to the point quick and as sweet as possible for the intimate procedure! deff recommend more

I met Lucia and she was very nice. She did an awesome job. I have never had a brazilian bikini wax that took so little time to complete. The wax she uses definitely makes it less painful than the usual hot wax and strips. I highly recommend her.. more

Quick and (Somewhat) Painless 10/4/2011

I had my first wax with Lucia and it was probably the quickest, most efficient brazilian I've ever had. I'm VERY sensitive, so the 10 minutes it took to leave me clean and smooth was a big plus. Looking forward to her move to Oakland! more

Irene is super sweet! She made waxing fun! i recommend it to anyone is has a fear of waxing because she makes you feel at ease. The wax was a little hot but just let her know so she can bring the temp down. more

Lucia did a really good job on my Brazilian and face wax. I'll definitely come back and see her again. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is because the ambiance of the room could be slightly improved. more

I was long overdue for a facial and purchased a voucher on LivingSocial. The facial was absolutely wonderful and the environment was comfortable. I didn't care too much for the extractions because of the pain involved but it was not Lucia's fault! The one thing I would like to share is the product(s) that were used went in my eyes during the facial, causing irritation and burning to my eyes shortly after my facial and up to two days afterwards. Other than that, no other issues. Thank you! more

I really liked how she spent a lot of time doing extractions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the room was a little chilly, and I'm using to being in dim lighting for my socials and having relaxing, nature-y music play, not mozart. Other than that it was pretty great, very sweet lady. more

Lucia is fast and made me feel comfortable in a really uncomfortable situation. A friend recommended me to her and so happy I went. The benefits of waxing is amazing, its been about a month now and still happy. For the price and technique, Lucia is really top on my list! more

She is fantastic, very personable, professional, offers great products, thorough, totally reasonable with her prices, and very accomodating as well. I would recommend her 10x over! Lucia's was a little tricky to find (think the bottom level of a home in a residential area) but other than that it was an awesome experience! I had a brazilian and my underarms done. She was fast, professional, friendly, and efficient! I used a livingsocial.com coupon but even her normal prices are reasonable. more

The services were great. However, the products used have a strong smell that reminds me of an elderly Chinese lady. That is not how I would like to smell like after a facial. more

Second time ever getting a brazillian wax and she was amazing! As painless as it could be, not awkward at all, and she made sure you were comfortable. When she finished she even plucked away the small ones that may have been missed and did an extremely thorough job. Definitely would recommend her, although her schedule is packed, she plans on expanding! more

Had my first brazillian wax at Lucia's. The assistant who waxed me did a fantastic job. She talked me through it and was super friendly. She was very sympathetic and made it an overall great experience. I felt really comfortable, even though it was my first time. Defiantly coming back for a touch up. more

I've been going to Lucia for a Brazilian wax for over 2 years. She's professional, friendly & really makes you feel comfortable. It's hot wax on your naughty bits, so some pain is to be expected, but the process is less than 20 minutes -- and we're talking the whole time anyway. Love Lucia and I recommend her whenever I can. more

Brazilian wax 8/29/2011

This was my first Brazilian wax and Lucia was friendly, made me feel comfortable and she was very professional. Waxing hurts no matter what but Lucia was fast, effecient and sensitive. I have extremely sensitive skin and stopped getting bikini waxes for a while since my skin reacts to most products. I'm happy to say my skin was fine afterwards! No bumps or redness at all! And considering it was a Brazilian it was not as painful as I was expecting! I will definitely return to Lucia again! more

I'm sorry to say I don't remember the name of the lovely lady that waxed me. She was nice, calm and very sensitive. I usually hate waxing and try to avoid it as much as possible, but all in all it was a good experience and I know I will come back next time more
