This was my first Brazilian wax and Lucia was friendly, made me feel comfortable and she was very professional. Waxing hurts no matter what but Lucia was fast, effecient and sensitive. I have extremely sensitive skin and stopped getting bikini waxes for a while since my skin reacts to most products. I'm happy to say my skin was fine afterwards! No bumps or redness at all! And considering it was a Brazilian it was not as painful as I was expecting! I will definitely return to Lucia again!
