Lucia is absolutely fantastic. I tried different businesses before but her technique is the best and the least painful. She is also very easy going and has excellent customer service. I am so pleased with her services, that I am willing and actually driving 30 miles to her appointments. Strongly recommend her. more

Oh man. This was my first brazilian...actually my first professional waxing of anyring...so I guess I was pretty bold for my first time. Irene was amazing! She was very gentle because I told her I was new to the entire experience and she made me feel so comfortable (even when entering uncharted territory). I even made an appointment to get my legs done the next day because it was so pleasant. I recommend this place for sure! more

I have had Lucia both times I have gone to LH&B for waxing services. The prices are decent, and Lucia is great. She is friendly enough to make you feel comfortable, yet professional and skilled. My skin is sensitive bit she makes the process as quick as possible and so much more bearable, and I have been very pleased with the results. more

BUT, the last few times i've gone things have seemed disorganized and chaotic and it's NOT been a relaxing experience. lucia does a great job...one of the best around...but the space and the energy could use some serious grounding and calming. looking forward to seeing if her new telegraph space solves some of these energetic issues...hope so...as the last few times i've gone, despite an amazing end result...i've sworn would be my last. minus two stars for a general state of chaos. more

Ive been here twice..and each time has been smooth sailing! Irene is so sweet and she really cares about her clients. She was accidently scheduled to work on her off day and rushed over to be on time for my appt even though she could have called and canceled. I appreciated that and will def be back for a third round! more

This is a review for Irene. I went to her for the first time yesterday and my experience was fantastic. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. And she was fast! After all, the last thing you want is for your bikini wax to take forever. Overall I had a great experience and will probably be going here exclusively now. more

Irene is friendly, sweet and skilled. I was in and out of there in no time and even though my skin is super sensitive my bikini line looks great and isn't red or irritated. Take advantage of the half off prices while she is still new. They won't last long. more

I'm so lucky to have found Lucia's Health and Beauty when I first moved to Berkeley 4 years ago. My brazillian waxes with her have always been extremely fast, well done and never (very) painful. I've also never had a bad experience visiting her at her house, she is very professional. I look forward to her new offices opening up soon! more

Sraddha did my Brazilian. It was a good job and very quick. Not a lot of back & forth. She was very nice and professional, Only complaint is the facilities. The waxing room is in the basement of the house and not very private. I could hear a man's voice and she shut the door but I don't know if he got an eyeful first . Maybe I will come back when they relocate. more

Lucia gives the best waxes I've had. I've been given lopsided bikini waxes elsewhere, but this has never with Lucia. Her space is comfortable and unpretentious, and she is friendly to boot. more
