Best Brazilian Ever 3/27/2011

I took an appointment with Brenda and she was just fabulous. She used a special hard wax where I didn't feel a thing. She took her time and was very thourough. I've had hard wax before but this experience was definitley the best. I will be going back to her for Brazilians. more

facial 3/26/2011

I had a facial today and it was great as usual. The only thing I would recommend is a chair for the clients to sit in while getting dressed, especially if you have to put tennis shoes on. If you are wearing sandals, then there is no problem.It would just be nice to have a chair or stool to sit on. more

Bad Customer Serivice and F rating 3/22/2011

I am so dissapointed in this place. The receptionist are so rude. I received a voucher for 3 visits as a gift. I booked my first appointment and i was running 10 minutes late so they canceled my appointment. so there goes visit one, i lost it and they dont reschedule. booked second visit and i received a call saying they need to chanve my time to two hours after my original time.. wtf! i said i couldnt make it at that time so the rude B*** said ok ill cancel u and u can call whenever u want to reschedule and hung up on me.. not to mention after i looked it up on better business burearu and they have an F rating. check it out in the better business bureau website.. DONT GO! more

I was grateful to hear after my massage was done that I was told to stay and rest for awhile and I'll come back in to check on you. Now that's service. If I could have i would have but I was on a time crunch. Next time I will take advantage of the offer. Massages do make you want to relax and that was a generous offer. more

Karate Class Chaos 3/5/2011

My visit for a Muscle Tension release Massage would have been nice had it not been for the sound of the children in the Karate Class next door penetrating the walls of my massage room. It was very hard to relax with all the yelling going on....my shoulders are still tense....teachers do NOT want to hear children's voices when they are trying to relax!!! more

Relaxing/great staff 2/26/2011

I came in for a massage and a facial peel. My massage therapist, Brenda was wonderful. I have a chronic cough and when I started coughing she was very accommodating as well as doing a great massage. Valerie did my peel (first one) and she was great and made my day also. I am so glad to discover your business and will return as well as refer your business to my friends. You are a first Rate service! more
