Anny Rocks! 2/25/2011

Ok, so I've gone to a lot of spa's and have had a lot of massages but Anny, by far, has been the best therapist that's given me a medium pressure massage! I can be a big baby when it comes to massage's but her touch and pressure were perfecto! I almost fell asleep and the best thing...I feel great this morning!! I will definitely be back for more. The spa itself has a wonderful ambiance and the staff is very gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend Indulgence for anyone looking for a relaxing and healing experience. more

I had the most wonderful DTM and foot wrap reflexology yesterday. The room was delightfully scented and the music just set the mood for relaxing. Annie did a thorough job without being it painful. The warm covers and lack of chatting made it a perfect experience. more

Fire and Ice Facial 2/19/2011

It seemed fine, but I paid for 45 minutes. I was in and out in 30 minutes so I was disappointed because I feel that I didn't get all that I paid for. Usually I am very satisfied. more

A Special Day 2/18/2011

My husband and I participated in the Valentine's Day Couples Massage. We truly enjoyed the experience. Already at the counter we felt welcomed and taken care of by friendly assistants. We both received our massages in the same room by well-trained staff who just knew how to give a great massage. The choice of champagne was nice as well. more

Went in for a muscle tention release massage and walked out a member getting my next 60 M.T.R. for $59.00. Better then Massage Envy in every way. The best part is I'm going back next week because they reduce other massage about $20. Go for it, get a coupon for first time clients on the web. more

Amazing from check in to check out! 12/14/2010

This was my first time at your facility, from the minute I walked in I was taken care of. First by the amazing girls at the front desk, then by the phenomenal staff throughout the spa. Don't let me forget to mention I had the absolute best facial ever, given to me by Tracey. I absolutely loved the ambiance and will definitely visit again! There is a reason the price is so low 6/11/2010

I wondered why the prices for services were so low. After my first and only visit I see why. I went in for a 90 minute treatment that lasted 45 minutes. Out within the hour. The whole experience was very rushed and not relaxing. I started the treatment with one person and ended with a second person because the first was now doing a massage in another room. I was never shown a dressing room or offered if I wanted a shower. I left with wet underwear after the treatment. I did not complain because I won't be back. There is a reason they hire a guy to troll the parking lot surrounding the spa trying to attract customers. Save your money! more

After a long hard week I was given a gift certificate to this spa for a massage. I loved every moment of it and think that everyone deserves to be treated for a day. The staff are great and you can tell that they know what they are doing. So great! more

Indulg for a Day 4/27/2010

I've been to so many spas in Long Beach and the surrounding area, but I just loved my visit to Indulgence. I like to treat myself when I can, but this one was a unique experience. From the front desk to my facial, it was very relaxing and my skin has never been smoother. She even talked me into getting a back wax and was very gentle. Then I followed this with a M.T.R. massage for a full 60min not the usual 50min that you might get at other spas. They did things like wrap my feet, massage my scalp all for the same price. All was great. Pros: In your back yard, prices are ok. Cons: Parking is diffcult more

i was having breakouts everywhere and i didnt know what to do, so i booked an appt and Valerie was my skin theripist. she recomended a glycolic treatment and i was so impressed by my results that i am now going every moth to see her i love indulgence and i have many friends going there now. Oh and i have yet to have any more breakouts!! more

I am a frequent spa-goer and just found this fabulous retreat in my own back yard. the front desk is so accommodating and pleasant. I had Ty for my massage and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted! Tracey was my esthetician and the facial that I had was more than a relaxing experiencing but very informative. Not pushy at all just!!!!!!!! She really cared about my skin issue issues and recommended products and help me work with the products I had at home. I cant believe anyone would rate them a ONE STAR???? Dont worry this spa is exceptionally sanitary .I would know as I work state health!!! This retreat will definitely be my new get away!! Pros: Clean and professional and friendly staff Cons: none more

I was disapointed by this spa.... these reviews must have been wriiten by owner. i took my mom for her birthday and we paid for the same service and recieved different services. i got a facial with extras and my mom didnt. IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY!!!! they shortend our service time because THEY were running late not me. the owner was very very rude when i tried to talk to her about it. I will never go there again not to mention the massage therapists are HORRIBLE!!!!!! The place was unsanitary!!!! ewwww!!!!!!Burk williams is down the steet and is awesome : )!!!!!! complextions is the same price range and was way better!!!! As a experienced spa goer DONT GO THERE!!!!!! Cons: horrible service and unsanitary conditions. TOO much pressure to buy products!!!!! more
