Great Facial 6/4/2011

I had a fantastic facial with Tracey! Not only did she give a great facial and neck/shoulder massage but she suggested products to help with my acne (and not just products sold at the spa) and didn't pressure me into buying anything. I will definitely be returning! more

Great service 6/4/2011

I've been on the membership program for two months. I'm moving to Studio City but i dont plan to cancel my membership bec i just found the perfect people who do my massage and my facials. Ty is the best. I always pick deep tissue massage and i just feel so relaxed. Im so happy to have found Brenda. She knows what she's doing. She provides the best facial. Very nice person and does a great job. She takes care of my skin well. more

Swedish massage 6/1/2011

I had a one hour massage with Sonata. Great therapist and great massage. Just the right pressure for the tight muscles in my neck. And very relaxing. I'm going back in a couple of weeks and will certainly go with Sonata. more

I got a deep tissue massage from Anny and it was truly the best massage I have ever had. She really knows what she is doing. I have had back pain for many years and it was especially tight before the massage. Anny concentrated on this area and I walked out of Indulgence without any back pain. more

Couple's Massage 5/29/2011

My husband and I had a couples massage at Indulgence. It was great! Service was great from the time we arrived we were greeted and welcomed. The package included champagne, chocolate, a 60 minute full body massage, and a foot paraffin wrap and access to the shower. The massage therapists were great and the worked in sync to ensure they finished at the same time. The spa ambience was surprisingly relaxing and calm. We were extremely happy with the service and will definitely be going back. more

I had a wonderful TySpa massage and body scrub on Sat., May 28th. My body was glistening and my mind felt so light, relaxed & carefree. I slept so sound that I missed three phone calls and didn't even hear the phone ring. Ahhhhhhh!! more

Valerie's Fabulous Facial! 5/25/2011

There is a gem in Long Beach & her name is Valerie!! She provides the ultimate facial. Some facialists cover your face & nose with the hot towels, which isn't relaxing. Valerie's technique is complete, calming & effective. Her knowledge of the skin & its needs is exceptional; as is her product knowledge. Her facials include a wonderful neck, shoulder and scalp massage. I recommend her highly if you want an hour of pampering & self-care. more

Everyone is always very pleasant. The one complaint I have which makes me think about returning is that my time is never the full 30 minutes. The same for my boyfriend. We had a 30 minute massage. I asked the girl at the front when the 30 minute starts and she said when the tech goes into the room. I was on the phone with my boyfriend at 12:48. I undressed and got under the cover. My massage was done at 1:17pm. It would of took me about 4 minutes to get undress, put up my hair and get under the cover and then the tech showed up. There's no way that was a start to finish 30 minute massage. That really bothers the both of us. more

Although my experience was pleasant (thanks to the staff) the actual treatment felt like a waste of money and overpriced. Really didn't see or feel any difference. more

Sonata was WONDERFUL! I had never had the anti cellulite done. Surprisingly, I was not sore that night nor the next day. I am currently going through chemo and am very puffy. It's been almost a year of treatment and no end in sight. more

Well, it was definitely a great facial, but it felt a lot like an hour long sales pitch for the products they sell; made it kind of hard to relax and enjoy the experience. more
