I have been going for almost 3 years to help with side effects of cancer treatment. Everyone has been so nice and they are really flexible scheduling same day appointments. it's smallish, but the rooms are wonderfully comfortable and soothing. I've had many different massage therapist there and they have all been great and each with their unique talents. on my "journey to wellness" I'm so grateful that I discovered the healing hands of Indulgence Spa! Thank you all! more

This was my first visit to Indulgence Day & Med Spa. I woke up in the morning and realized my face was in desperate need of expert care. Their hours of service are very accommodating, and the prices are much more reasonable than other day spas in the area. I was very happy with my treatment, and will definitely visit again. more

I needed to get rid of the stress that I was holding in my shoulder & neck area. By the time I left Indulgence, after a message & facial, I felt very relaxed. Of course the glass of wine helped, but I was well taken care of by the staff. more

Please please look at the fan in room 5. It was beyond dirty. When I first when in my room for my greatly needed service I looked up and saw a fan that had well over a year's worth of dirt on it . As a mother I couldn't understand why this issue had not been noticed or addressed. It completely disrupted a wonderful experience. Este did a great job. I don't feel I should have had to witness such a filthy item in my room before my spa experience. As a mother I just wanted to jump off the bed and clean the filthy fan. It's the small fox that spoils the vine. I hope my feedback helps! So another single mother on a budget doesn't have her otherwise wonderful spa time interrupted. Lynette R. Me and my bestie decided to go too Indulgence Day Spa for a day away from the kids, we had a wonderful time ! The spa was clean, we were well taken care of and all our needs were met. From the front desk staff to our Massage therapist to our Esthetician, everyone there was very cheerful and helpful, we will be returning soon! more

I have been a facial member for 2the years and I always look forward to my monthly pampering by Jen. I just upgraded my membership to the "combo", so now it get to look forward to a monthly massage too! Yay! more

I must have walked past this place 100 times and thought..A spa here in this noisy, busy shopping center? And it looked small to me. Well thank God for an advertised special on a series of facials that got me IN the door. The second you walk in, you are calmer. They offer you wine (Ok..you had me at..would you like a glass of wine) and everyone is pleasant and professional. So far my appointments have been with Tracey and Brenda and they were both fantastic. The salon is bigger, quieter, and better than I imagined. Give them a shot, and de-stress. more

I had a gift card for my birthday for a 30 minute massage and a 30 minute facial. Sonata asked me what I wanted/how strong I wanted the massage. I told her she could go as strong as she liked. "Deep tissuue?" she asked. "Sure," I replied. "Whatever you like." I also told her I didn't go to spas regularly, only when a friend bought a gift for me. The massage was nice. Sonoata is very good technically, but could smile a bit more and be a bit friendlier. The facial and Tracy was great. When I went to check out, I was informed I needed to pay $7 extra for the deep tissue massage. I explained that I wasn't told it was extra, nor did I specifically ask for it. Nicole apologized and said it was a translation problem with Sonota who is from Lithuania. Nevertheless, Nicole at the front desk still indicated I needed to pay. The tip was included in the gift card from my friend, however. Poor, poor ending to what could have been a nice experience. You never ask your customer to pay for your mistake (not informing of the extra cost). If anything, you should have taken it out of the extra on the gift card for the tip. I called back and left my number for the manager, Wendy, to call me. I haven't heard from her. more

Front desk girl was so sweet and helpful. Place was pristine, massage therapist had amazing hands. Complimentary tea was delicious. The whole atmosphere was very nice. I can't wait to go back. more

Sonata is amazing! Highly recommend her for massage therapy for both preggos and non. She is a miracle worker! more
