VIP Classic Indulgence Facial 7/21/2011

I love the facial and the $40 add on which total up to an hour. It was very relaxing and the person doing my facial was very informative about how I should reboost my skin care. However, the only thing that lowered the stars for me was after I came out, I had scars from the blackhead remover, which the process was painful in itself. I would love to try the facial again, but I'm hoping the results will be better next time. more

Waxing by Brenda 7/16/2011

Normally, the idea of getting hot wax spread on me and then using it to rip the hair off my face sounds like something from a bad dream after too much pizza. But when I decided I needed to get rid of the ol' unibrow, Brenda had me waxed and plucked before I had the chance to remember that this was supposed to hurt. AND I look cute again. I will never come back again. My face is still red. Extractions were not performed. The girl who did my facial was very sweet, but my facial was certainly not up to my expeditions. more

My experience 7/6/2011

Overall I enjoyed my visit. However it seemed the room I was in, the walls seemed dirty. Looked like stuff was splattered all over the walls. Also I could hear the Karate place next door while I was having a massage. I also wished my therapist has looked at the page where I circled areas that needed to be worked on. She hardly touched my lower back which was one of the two areas I circled. more

today i had my waxing done as well as a "Tracy special" facial!!! both were wonderful as usual. Always greated graciously by Dani or whomever is working the front desk. Keep up the great work!!!! more

Best Facial After Onerous Questionnaire 7/1/2011

Best facial I've ever had (and I've had many). However, I hated the paperwork that had to be filled out in advance, as if a facial was a major medical procedure. Numerous onerous questions, when I just wanted to relax and be pampered. Otherwise, great atmosphere and love staff. more

left massage angry, not stress free 6/26/2011

I had a 30 minute massage, and I was asked 3 times before it started what i wanted worked on and I said back and neck. The masseuse touched my neck (the place i had the most tension) maybe twice. The excuse she came up with afterward was that she did her best considering she had a large gash on her hand. If a masseuse has an injured hand then maybe she should take the day off considering her entire profession is based on the use of her hands. Maybe I should have been given the one hand massage rate for $25 instead of $50. more
