I had my eyebrows waxed and reshaped with Tracy. She is amazing - she knows exactly what shape fits your face, she is good and what she does and she is super friendly! I had this type of service done by her before, and will do again in the future! Tracy is superb - strongly recommend her services! more

I received an email from the Spa last week, picked up the phone and got in the same day for a fabulous facial. Great atmosphere and the staff was incredibly personable and encouraging. I purchased two skin care products and my skin looks great:) I'm loking forward to my next visit and have a feeling I will be frequenting the Spa. Kudo's to the Staff!!! more

Sonata gave me my 1st massage n worked out some major knots I had in my shoulders. I felt so relaxed and loose for about a week. This was nice since I keep my tension in my shoulders from work and I workout daily. I would highly recommend a massage by Sonata more

I received a facial at Indulgence and was very pleased with the service and the facility. I was looking forward to my scheduled massage but was greatly disappointed. I asked for someone with "firm pressure" and was given an appt. I get massages regularly and told the masseuse that I liked more pressure and it never really materialized. It was a very odd massage with periods of no contact at all. When asked by the reception how my massage was I told her that it was "okay" but not at all what I had asked for. The receptionist just said that I would have had to have an entirely different massage to get that. I wasn't asking for deep tissue, I was just asking for a stronger pressure(even a relaxation massage should have the pressure you are accustomed to). This visit was so vastly different from my first visit (where I was happily greeted and really impressed with everything I encountered). Granted I am using one of your "Indulgence Experience Cards", but isn't the whole point of the card to get new business. Reception seemed to be the problem...she just wasn't warm and accomodating like the first time I visited. When I was leaving she curtly asked "do you need something else?". From a business point of view she should have been trying to book my next appt. I'm not giving up....but my two appts. were absolutely night and day from each other. more

It was nice... The customer service was awesome! Beautiful small spa. I just would advise to turn off the air... Its not very comfortable getting a service and you have air blowing on you. However the tech did a good job. I like a warm environment, it helps to keep you relaxed. Overall experience was nice. I would visit again. But I would not like the air to be on. more

This was my second visit to Indulgence. Both experiences were great. Staff friendly and accomodating to my needs. Had a wonderful massage from Sonata--one of the best I ever had (tied with the one I had from Ty during my last visit). Both ladies are great, just different styles. I had microdermabrasion for the first time. Not quite what I expected...no noticeable difference to my skin, but I was not told what to expect. The only reason I am giving my visit a 4 star is when I left I was immediately confronted by a salesman to buy the Indulgence Day Spa Exclusive card. After my relaxing visit I just wanted to head home...not have to netiogate with a salesman. more

I had been given a gift certificate for my birthday and I will definitely be coming back! I had Jen and she was absolutely wonderful! Great personality and expertise! The gals at the front desk were very friendly too! Only problem was the computer was having a problem and check-out took a while- not that big a deal. :) more
