I Love Kickboxing - Fitchburg

I became an ILKB member a few months ago and LOVE it! This is the best workout Ive ever had. It is a fun, total body workout. The instructors are incredible. They help you though every step. The members are friendly, helpful and welcome you right into the group. I recommend ILKB to everyone, you will love every minute of it. more

Bought a groupon two months ago and was hooked. Signed up as a member by the end up the first class. Everyone is real friendly and the instructors are great. Always sore the next day so you know it works. It has been awesome for dealing with my anxiety, depression and other disorders. My doctor said I should keep going as much as I can for 'therapy' more

I joined ILKB after my cousin suggested I try it for weight loss. She said it would be an intense workout. She was right! My first class I sweat so much, I was shocked. The day after my first workout, every part of my body hurt...but I loved it! Since I started coming to class faithfully I feel more energized, healthier, and I am making better food choices. When I don't go to class on the weekends, I feel like something is missing...I actually look forward to Mondays...just to go to ILKB!!! The instructors are very nice and always motivating you to get out of your comfort zone. It's a great place! I have no regrets in joining and would recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing workout!! more

Great Experiance at ILKB in Fitchburg. ILKB is the best thing going right now. I recently joined the class and am addicted. It’s definitely a way to start your morning; It’s an hour of intense, give it your all workout. I love a good workout, but this is an amazing workout. more

I have never really been the gym type person because I get bored very easily but ilovekickboxing has me coming back for more. It's a great, fun, and effective workout that I enjoy more and more everytime I go! Also, everyone there is like one big family. No one puts you done if you can't do something, they just encourage you to try your best, which is something I love about this place. I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm very satisfied with the service. I also love how every time you go it is a different workout, which keeps it interesting and never boring! I love all the instructors and how they make sure you're doing it right, so everyone keep up the good work! So I encourage everyone to come try this awesome workout! more

I had my first class last night. The staff and fellow kick boxers are friendly, helpful and non-intimidating. I am not in good shape, but was able to keep up at my own pace. I can only imagine that with time and commitment I will get stronger, slimmer, and have more energy. After one class I am hooked and can’t wait to go back. I woke up sore today, but I would rather be sore from a good work out, than sore from being fat and old! ;) more

I have been working out at this gym for over a year and a half. This is one of the best workouts and most challenging I have come across. Even after all this time they still make it new and challenging. The instructor all are great and are interested in your progress and how it make it better for you. Even the Members and welcoming and helpful!! more

I always wanted to join a gym to better myself, but will be the first to admit I had no motivation and was lazy! I have ordered many workout dvds and workout equipment from tv infomercials with the best intentions, but always had the excuse I will start tomorrow. I would work out for a few days and then just give up. I was bored!! One day a friend said she wanted to try kickboxing and that I should do it with her.....I thought about it and thought sure why not!! That was the best decision I have ever made. We started with the 3 class trial, and figured I would give up after those classes. Well to my surprise I absolutely LOVED it!! I have signed up for the unlimited classes for the year and couldn't be happier!! I have noticed I have not lost a lot of weight just yet, but that is because I am building muscle! Muscles I never had before. I am noticing I am getting more toned by the day!! The instructors and the members of the gym are all fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help you out at any time!! I love that it is designed for people of all walks of life, whether they are already fit, or are just getting started. You feel comfortable here no matter what!! The workouts are different every day. You are working every muscle group differently so you get the best workout!! I find myself pushing harder and harder every class!!! Can't wait to see my workouts and body progress!! Thank you Peter, staff and new kickboxing friends at MMAC and Ilovekickboxing!!! I've been going to I Love Kickboxing since September of last year and still love it! The workouts are always changing, which keeps it fresh and new. I'm building muscle and feeling great! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful! The diversity of times of classes are great for any schedule. The classes are engaging and fun and go by fast! I have a good sweat going on but don't feel absolutely exhausted when class is over. I have never experienced a workout like this before. I have gained amazing definition in my arms and shoulders and lost 3 inches off my waist (and wasn't trying to)!! You have to try it out and with their 3 class trail package only being $20 and including gloves...why not?? 100% worth your money workout. I hope to see you there!!! more

Ilovekickboxing in fitchburg is not only a place to go to workout it is a place to see results while interacting with other members and staff . When I walked into the door the very first day I wasn't sure if I was going to like this kind if workout because it was so different than my normal workout regime but with peter, dawn and Lori the instructors at the club as well as the members lending out their helping hand to show me techniques that will help me improve each and everyday I can not wait to return and see the amazing results and become stronger . more

I know its a pretty cliché to say it changed my life but there is no other way to put it! Its more than a place to work out. With the amazing staff more like family you have a real place to fit in no matter shape or size. I started in a size 22 and now in a size 14 in 5 months. My stress level is minimum and I can tell if I miss a class. I would recommend to everyone who will listen ! Start living now it feels great! more

I started kickboxing at I Love Kickboxing-Fitchburg about 6 months ago and it was by far the best decision I have ever made. I am a mother of 3; I work and attend school full time basis and finding time for me is often difficult. At the beginning of my journey I was the heaviest and unhealthiest I have ever been….. Today I am slowly working towards my goals of achieving optimal health, relieving stress in a healthy manner, building strength and stamina, developing meaningful friendships and ensuring I never go back to the old me…. I could have never done it without the support of the instructors and fellow kickers at ILKB-Fitchburg. ILKB-Fitchburg offers an environment that is truly a judgment free zone that doesn’t induce panic attacks like some of the other large gyms I have been to. The instructors at ILKB are wonderful they push you outside your comfort zone, never let you give up on yourself and are there to help when we need them or have questions. Let me not forget about my fellow kickers….They make you feel part of the group, they push you when you feel like you have nothing left to give and overtime you develop amazing friendships. ILKB-Fitchburg has not only transformed me physical and mentally, but has become a second family and I am forever grateful. more

This is honestly THE BEST work out! I was pretty nervous about my first class. I didn’t know anyone and hadn’t ever punched anything. Sure, I had been to quite a few cardio-kickboxing classes, but nothing like this. It was amazing. The instructors were there for every step (And punch. And burpee.) of my first class to make sure I was comfortable. Pete and Michelle (the owners) are wonderful. So helpful and excited about what they do; and thrilled about being able to help you meet your goals. Every instructor is incredible. They are incredibly passionate about kickboxing and teaching; and each bring their own flair to class. They are approachable, knowledgeable and know how to push you just a little harder than you think you can go. \r It’s hard (you are always pushing yourself) and I’m almost always sore after class (in the best way), and am completely hooked. The classes are fun, the atmosphere upbeat, and a fantastic way to get cardio and strength training in. I could barely do one push up at my first class. I’m happy to say they are getting much better! I’ve lost weight and inches and I have never felt stronger or more confident than when I walk out of class. I honestly can’t remember what it was like before I joined my “kickboxing family” … ?\r more
