I had my first class last night. The staff and fellow kick boxers are friendly, helpful and non-intimidating. I am not in good shape, but was able to keep up at my own pace. I can only imagine that with time and commitment I will get stronger, slimmer, and have more energy. After one class I am hooked and can’t wait to go back. I woke up sore today, but I would rather be sore from a good work out, than sore from being fat and old! ;)
