I joined ILKB after my cousin suggested I try it for weight loss. She said it would be an intense workout. She was right! My first class I sweat so much, I was shocked. The day after my first workout, every part of my body hurt...but I loved it! Since I started coming to class faithfully I feel more energized, healthier, and I am making better food choices. When I don't go to class on the weekends, I feel like something is missing...I actually look forward to Mondays...just to go to ILKB!!! The instructors are very nice and always motivating you to get out of your comfort zone. It's a great place! I have no regrets in joining and would recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing workout!!
