I always wanted to join a gym to better myself, but will be the first to admit I had no motivation and was lazy! I have ordered many workout dvds and workout equipment from tv infomercials with the best intentions, but always had the excuse I will start tomorrow. I would work out for a few days and then just give up. I was bored!! One day a friend said she wanted to try kickboxing and that I should do it with her.....I thought about it and thought sure why not!! That was the best decision I have ever made. We started with the 3 class trial, and figured I would give up after those classes. Well to my surprise I absolutely LOVED it!! I have signed up for the unlimited classes for the year and couldn't be happier!! I have noticed I have not lost a lot of weight just yet, but that is because I am building muscle! Muscles I never had before. I am noticing I am getting more toned by the day!! The instructors and the members of the gym are all fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help you out at any time!! I love that it is designed for people of all walks of life, whether they are already fit, or are just getting started. You feel comfortable here no matter what!! The workouts are different every day. You are working every muscle group differently so you get the best workout!! I find myself pushing harder and harder every class!!! Can't wait to see my workouts and body progress!! Thank you Peter, staff and new kickboxing friends at MMAC and Ilovekickboxing!!! You have changed my life for the better!! Update: still going strong after 9 months and still loving it!!!
