I've been going to I Love Kickboxing since September of last year and still love it! The workouts are always changing, which keeps it fresh and new. I'm building muscle and feeling great! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful! The diversity of times of classes are great for any schedule. The classes are engaging and fun and go by fast! I have a good sweat going on but don't feel absolutely exhausted when class is over. I have never experienced a workout like this before. I have gained amazing definition in my arms and shoulders and lost 3 inches off my waist (and wasn't trying to)!! You have to try it out and with their 3 class trail package only being $20 and including gloves...why not?? 100% worth your money workout. I hope to see you there!!!
