I started kickboxing at I Love Kickboxing-Fitchburg about 6 months ago and it was by far the best decision I have ever made. I am a mother of 3; I work and attend school full time basis and finding time for me is often difficult. At the beginning of my journey I was the heaviest and unhealthiest I have ever been….. Today I am slowly working towards my goals of achieving optimal health, relieving stress in a healthy manner, building strength and stamina, developing meaningful friendships and ensuring I never go back to the old me…. I could have never done it without the support of the instructors and fellow kickers at ILKB-Fitchburg. ILKB-Fitchburg offers an environment that is truly a judgment free zone that doesn’t induce panic attacks like some of the other large gyms I have been to. The instructors at ILKB are wonderful they push you outside your comfort zone, never let you give up on yourself and are there to help when we need them or have questions. Let me not forget about my fellow kickers….They make you feel part of the group, they push you when you feel like you have nothing left to give and overtime you develop amazing friendships. ILKB-Fitchburg has not only transformed me physical and mentally, but has become a second family and I am forever grateful.
