This is honestly THE BEST work out! I was pretty nervous about my first class. I didn’t know anyone and hadn’t ever punched anything. Sure, I had been to quite a few cardio-kickboxing classes, but nothing like this. It was amazing. The instructors were there for every step (And punch. And burpee.) of my first class to make sure I was comfortable. Pete and Michelle (the owners) are wonderful. So helpful and excited about what they do; and thrilled about being able to help you meet your goals. Every instructor is incredible. They are incredibly passionate about kickboxing and teaching; and each bring their own flair to class. They are approachable, knowledgeable and know how to push you just a little harder than you think you can go. \r
It’s hard (you are always pushing yourself) and I’m almost always sore after class (in the best way), and am completely hooked. The classes are fun, the atmosphere upbeat, and a fantastic way to get cardio and strength training in. I could barely do one push up at my first class. I’m happy to say they are getting much better! I’ve lost weight and inches and I have never felt stronger or more confident than when I walk out of class. I honestly can’t remember what it was like before I joined my “kickboxing family” … ?\r
