Hicham did a great job doing annual maintenance and cleanup, replacing the electronic filter and thermostat. I was very pleased that service was scheduled quickly. He carried all parts in his truck and the heat was back on soon. He was very knowledgeable of the workings of the Lennox gas furnace. more

He has suggested things that will further encourage us to do our part to maintain a good working system. While also making sure our system is within proper specs, and even tested our backup system. more

We are very pleased with our new units. Kalen was on-time and professional. He did an excellent job accommodating our request for the placement of the conduit from the outside unit to the furnace unit. He explained everything as he proceeded and made sure we were familiar with the new thermostat at the end. The garage was spotless at the end and they finished on schedule. Mark R. came to clean our furnace and our duct work. Greenwood has worked on cleaning our furnace before, but the ducts were a first. We are new to owning this home and felt it was something that needed to be done. Mark called us to let us know he was on his way ... this was much appreciated. After meeting him he was informative in letting us know what would be done. Along the way he showed us pictures and explained everything. He was extremely efficient, courteous, polite and respectful of our surroundings. When he left we felt as though our home will be so much cleaner this winter after having him work on our heating ducts. He even let us see the debris that was collected in the huge machine! more

Vlad and Matt installed a new furnance for me taking care to modify the gas line and vent ducting. They did a great job, I am very happy with their work and if I choose to put in an AC unit I hope they will be available to do the install. more

I was really pleased with Vlad and Matt. They recently came to add some units to my system. Vlad patiently answered my questions and explained what he was doing with each step. He neatly put the drain-lines and electrical lines. He went above and beyond in fixing a drain-line that was installed improperly by a previous installer. Matt spent a lot of time in the hot attic, but he was cheerful and did a good job wrapping duct work in the hot attic. I was really pleased with their service and would have them come back in a heart beat for any other AC work. more

Pat H., of Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning, came to our home on June 27th of this year (2017) in response to our report that our central AC was not working. In short, the experience with Pat went just as I'd have scripted the perfect technician experience. He was very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fixed the problems immediately. Companies typically thrive and succeed based on the performance of a few key individuals within an organization. This service manager/technician is such an individual. In addition, it is my humble, yet knowledgeable, opinion that this gentleman should be cloned in terms of his service priorities in the field. I have a medium sized San Francisco based software company with a strong Seattle presence. Greenwood's long term relationship with customers is in good hands with this fellow. I would, in fact, place this gentleman in a training management position for all technicians in the field. He gets it. He's quite knowledgeable (I asked many questions; some of which I already knew the answer to) and he's clearly driven to preserve the quality of the customer relationship into the long term future. You can't train this kind of sincerity and concern for the "little things". You know you're in good hands, when someone does things right when no one's watching and when no one would ever know otherwise. This fellow cares. I have no relationship other than client with this organization or this gentleman, yet I sincerely feel like our furnace and central AC needs are in good hands with Greenwood as a direct result of my interaction with this service technician, Pat. I have multiple homes in the greater Seattle area. Pat just made me feel like giving all of our business to Greenwood. It was a great experience. more

Today we had the annual service call for maintaining our 2 furnaces and water heater. Gordon from Greenwood Heating did a great job. Clearly he takes his job seriously and is very knowledgeable. He showed sincere caring for the well being of our home and our health, and gave us good advice. I appreciate how he vacuumed and cleaned up where he'd been working afterwards. Greenwood Heating has provided us with excellent service over the years, and we are very happy to continue with them. more

I just had an installation of a new furnace and, on demand hot water heater. Every aspect of my interactions with Greenwood was perfect. The installation crew, ran by Tony B were total pros. They kept me informed, every step of the process and the installation was done, cleanly, professionally and exactly on schedule. I highly recommend. more

Hicham, Greenwood Heating service technician, arrived on time and performed the annual service and MERV 16 filter component (two filters and 6 UV lights) replacement. Hicham performed the annual service tasks very well. I had informed the scheduler when scheduling the service that a certain part number filter service kit is needed, Hicham arrived without the kit. He made special arrangements to have the kit picked up from Lennox in Kent and delivered to him at my home so he could complete the required annual service during this one appointment. I appreciated his making arrangements to obtain the kit so I only had to be available for this one visit. My thanks to Hicham for providing an excellent and efficient annual service visit to a satisfied customer. more

Great to work with Rod and John. Rod provided our cost estimate and met with our condo board to answer their questions. John was super good installer who figured out a better way to run the line sets. Both were great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them. more

Bob D. (and his assistant, Andy) arrived on time each of the three days for installation. They were respectful of my request for the time. Bob D. let me know how the work was progressing and informed me, in language that I could understand, of what they were doing. He kept his workspace neat and clean, and replaced things that had to be moved. He was pleasant with my pets so they would not be a problem in the workspace. Bob D. has a very nice, balanced, yet businesslike temperament, which made the installation as pleasant as possible without any intrusion into my work-at-home schedule. He seemed to be very competent in what he was doing, which allowed him to keep to the schedule that I had been told at the start of the work. He was very good at explaining how to use the units and how to get help, if needed. I'd highly recommend Bob D. as an installer. more
