Bob D. (and his assistant, Andy) arrived on time each of the three days for installation. They were respectful of my request for the time.
Bob D. let me know how the work was progressing and informed me, in language that I could understand, of what they were doing.
He kept his workspace neat and clean, and replaced things that had to be moved.
He was pleasant with my pets so they would not be a problem in the workspace.
Bob D. has a very nice, balanced, yet businesslike temperament, which made the installation as pleasant as possible without any intrusion into my work-at-home schedule.
He seemed to be very competent in what he was doing, which allowed him to keep to the schedule that I had been told at the start of the work.
He was very good at explaining how to use the units and how to get help, if needed.
I'd highly recommend Bob D. as an installer.
